Description

The complex is located in the heart of the resort town of Las Americas, a five minute walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of Torviscas and La Pinta. Apartment with 4 bedrooms, living room with access to the cozy terrace, fully equipped separate small kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven), 3 bathrooms, large terrace of about 25 m2. Apartment with 4 bedrooms for a comfortable stay 8 people, for an additional fee can be put in the living room an extra bed for 2 persons (+ 100 euros/week). French windows in the bedroom overlooking the courtyard of the complex and large swimming pool. In one small bedroom has a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms- sofa bed, 3 bedrooms- double bed, in the fourth bedroom has two single beds. Safe. Plasma TV. At the disposal of guests in the complex is a swimming pool. The complex is located in a quiet area with developed infrastructure, the distance to the nearest shopping center - 500 meters, bars and restaurants 100 meters. Very nice sitting area. To the ocean walk 3 minutes. Near the best beaches of Las Americas.

+ Final cleaning after your departure - 120 euro.

+ When you rent this apartment we require a refundable deposit, usually we ask for 350 euros. The money we will refund you the day of departure, if all is well with the apartment and appliances. This is standard procedure in the Canary Islands.

Total- 120 euro+ 350 euro (refundable security deposit)= 470 euro.

How do damage deposits work?
