This is a very popular ground-floor apartment on the superb Los Naranjos de Marbella development, which is situated next to the famous Puerto Banus. The apartment feel and design is very fresh, airy and spacious with quality furnishing provided throughout. The apartment has personalised Wi-fi installed with IPTV which gives all the English channels for your added pleasure.This complex is ideally situated for all the famous golf courses around Marbella which are all within 15 minutes drive and is situated adjacent to the only 24 hour course in the area 'Dama de Noche' and the Marbella Golf Academy. Puerto Banus is only a pleasant 20 minutes stroll away, making the complex the perfect 'value-for-money' retreat from the 'high-life' associated with this international resort. Only a few metres away is the Los Naranjos Sport Bar & Restuarant which serves excellent food and has weekly entertainment during summer months, bar, serviced pool with sun beds, very child friendly, Paddle tennis courts with coaching and a central reception. The apartment will be fully prepared and cleaned prior to your arrival. Malaga Airport is only 40 minutes way by Car, and Gibraltar is 60km away. The Safari Park (SELWO) in Estepona is a 15 mins drive from the apartment and Whale watching in the Straight of Gibraltar is easily accessible from boats which leave from Tarifa (not far from Gib)

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is renowned for its year-round excellent weather and fantastic beaches. It is also great for golfers and is known as the "Costa del Golf". There is everything for the holiday maker from fine beaches to typical white-washed Andalucain villages. Within easy access of the apartment are the historic towns of Malaga and La Ronda, both well-worth a visit. Gibraltar is around 45 mins drive and from the port of Tarifa about an hour away you can go on a whale and dolphin watch.(guaranteed sightings)

Puerto Banus

Puerto Banus, which is renowned for its sandy beaches, fashionable designer shops, magnificent yacht marina, international restaurants and bars, is a flat 20 minute walk away. The local area is packed full of amenities for people of all ages with golf, beaches and nightlife. Every Saturday there is a well known market at the bull ring (1km walk from the apartment). Nueva Andalucia beach, just to the west of Puerto Banus, is a busy tourist beach offering all sorts of water sports such as windsurfing, jet-skiing, water bikes etc. You can also hire sun beds or sit and watch the world go by in one of the many beach restaurants. The international resort of Marbella is 10 minutes drive away. It is a fascinating mix of a high fashion resort and a charming white-walled Adalucian town with orange trees decorating the central square making it the perfect setting for either lunch in the sun or a relaxing evening drink and dinner.

“Wonderful holiday”

We are just back from two weeks at this apartment. We are a family of six, two adults, two teens and two twelve year olds and our holiday was fun for all. The apartment was spotless, and was actually bigger than it appeared on the photos. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was in working order, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were cool enough to sleep well. We used the grill a lot and also enjoyed toasted sandwiches!! The complex was absolutely beautiful, so well looked after and clean. The supermarket was a handy five minute walk and the sport bar even closer. We had three lovely meals at the bar. The pool was cleaned every morning and the kids loved the fact that they could practically roll out of bed and in for a swim. We didn't have a car but found the thirty minute walk to Puerto Banus easily manageable with older children. I would say it would be more difficult with young children though. It was very easy to get a taxi, we needed two for the six of us: about€8 per taxi into PB and only slightly more into Marbella. We hired a car locally for three days and did day trips to Gibraltar, Estepona and Mijas all of which I would really recommend. Mark was very helpful from the start and the management centre on the complex was also very friendly and helpful. All in all a wonderful time.

“Excellent accommodation”

We loved the accommodation, which was top class. The location in the complext next to the pool was excellent and our children loved going straight into the pool every day via the patio doors. We had a BBQ one night with the large George Foreman grill - I'm going to buy one now as very good! I would recommend that families who stay here hire a car, as it is a good half hour walk (with children) to Puerto Banus. Mark, the owner, was very helpful with queries, and overall, this is the best accommodation we have stayed in whilst abroad.
