"Beautiful well kept ground-floor apartment perfectly located in warm and well visited Nueva Andalucia, Marbella. It has spacious sunny terraces and magnificent gardens all situated in this gated Community, Cumbres del Rodeo. On a very clear day its possbile to see Gibraltar and even Morocco, Africa. Amazing!

The apartment has three (3) own terraces which with its south-west orientation gives sensational sunset views. It has one Master bedroom (with a king size bed), safe box, a working desk and door access to balcony. An additional bedroom (with two twin size beds), TV and also access to balcony. And a third additional bedroom (with two twin size beds). The kitchen counts with an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils, blender, coffee maker. The laundry room located just outside the kitchen counts with a washing machine, dryer and iron/ironboard.

This in addition to the plenty outside street-parking on both sides of this gated complex. The complex provides security guards who go rounds and check and secure the areas day and night.

Centrally located near several turist and leisure attractions including restaurants, food markets, beaches, swmming, water skiing, boat hiring, sailing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis courts (walking distance), gym (walking distance), shopping, Theme Park (Selwo Adventure Park), makes this apartment a well-suited one for all kinds of vacation.


*Ramps are available at different entrances.
*Lift to and from the underground garage parking are also comfortably located just at the apartment door.
*Cleaning fee (approx. 100 Euros) is added to all guests upon check-out. Always noted in the quote.
*During the stay- cleaning services may be available upon additional charge. Booking is always for a minimum of four (4) hours and is done at least 1 week in advance at the Community office.
*High- Season minimum stay is at least 2 weeks. Depending on the dates and availability, other arrangements may be able to be made.
*Low-season a minimum of 10 Days booking is required. Occassionaly, 1 week but not less may be possible.

It is conveniently located in La Costa del Sol with nearby access to various kinds of fun, activities and entertainment. This makes it a perfect choice for all experienced travelers att all different ages.

Puerto Banus

This urbanisation is on the northern side of the Autovia del Mediterraneo E15 A7/Carretera Nacional 340 motorway .

Its only about a five minute drive from Puerto Banús. In Puerto Banus you find nightlife, La Sala Bar, Guey Restaurant, other popular bars and restaurants, and many renowned shops in just 5 minutes in a taxi.

To find the nearest Local ATM Cashpoints, Banks, Pharmacy, Gym, Hair Dressers, Shops, Supermarkets drive or go to Centro Plaza, located close to the Puerto Banus Bullring, or in Puerto Banus.
