Located in the heart of Puerto Banus, Marbella this is a renovated 2 bedroom apartment in the very popular and luxurious La Alcazaba complex. The apartment is fully furnished and comes with linen, towels, washing machine, dyer, wifi internet, and satellite TV. There are 2 large bedrooms with in suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bedroom and the second room has 2 single beds. The complex offers an award winning Andalousian garden and a large outdoor pool. The apartment is at a 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and the famous Puerto Banus marina.

Comes with both community parking and a garage.

June to September - pool beds are charged at 5 euros per bed for better capacity control.

Access to indoor pool / gym is possible for guests at 10 euros / day / person subject to availability.

A least one of the guest has to be 25 years or older

How do damage deposits work?

If Simo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
