Prime Location for 10-12 mins walk to Puerto Banus. This well appointed 2bed/2bath apartment has marble floors throughout. The apartment is designed to sleep 4 people, although we can provide a cot for baby under 6 months or an extra bed for an extra child on request.

The well furnished apartment offers many extras, and is located in a prime position Nueva Andalucia/ Puerto Banus Area. The lounge/dining room opens onto the Sunny South East facing terrace which overlooks the private sub tropical gardens and pools from a large furnished balcony.The master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes ample storage,and an en-suite bathroom. The Guest bedroom is also well equipped with two single beds built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space. There is second full bathroom to service the guest bedrooms.

Many extras as this is the owners' home in Spain.

Local buses stop very close to the property so makes getting around very easy.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages built in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.

Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square. Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more atractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops at the Benavista Centreistoric town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Lorcrimar apartments are in an excellent location for Puerto Banus Marbella is one of the most prestigious destinations for a great holiday. The apartment benefit from their location with great pools in mature enclosed gardens. So close to Puerto Banus & the Marina and beaches of the area, with a fantastic selection of Restaurants and bars to visit. its also close to natural beaches which still hold the charm of old Spain. There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast.

The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous. Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming areas, lovely beaches and great restaurants.
