A lovely PENTHOUSE DUPLEX apartment privately owned and set around three landscaped swimming pools, only 10 mins walking distance to the beaches of Puerto Banus with a selection of restaurants and beach bars. At the end of the day if you're energy has deserted you pick from the choice of restaurants or bars near the apartment.

Take a stroll into Marbella along the seafront and 45 minutes later stop for lunch or dinner, or ladies the shopping is so good either in Banus or Marbella.

Golf lovers have such a choice of courses such as Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Las Brisas to name but a few.

The single beds can be made into double beds if wished and because the apartment is a duplex it feels more private and spacious.

There are three balconies. The first balcony leading off from the lounge is semi enclosed with rattan table and four cushioned chairs and has views of the mountains. The second balcony leads from the guest bedroom and has a table and chairs from where you can view the Mediterranean and countryside. The final balcony is upstairs leading off the main bedroom with sun loungers and views of the med, towards Gibraltar and the mountains and is totally private.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor and access is by lift or stairs if preferred. There are only two apartments per floor. The lift does go down to the garage.

The Costa del Sol region

This area of Spain has such a good climate. Even on New Years day you can walk from Banus to Marbella in 21º sunshine. Perfect micro climate.
The Bull Ring close to the apartment has been totally revamped and in the future it is planned to show concerts, plays and various events like the Davis Cup etc.
Travel to the countryside and visit the white villages such as Ronda and Casares or go to Granada and visit the Alhambra Palace, in Malaga the Picasso Museum or even go to the theatre.
Shops bars and clubs abound of good taste and quality.
Even Portugal is only about two hours away.
The whole area has a miriade of golf courses dotted along this whole coast.
A visit to Ben Havis for lunch or a special occasion would be a real taste of Spain. Istan may be better for the day time as the road snakes around but the views of the lake are lovely. Again there is a choice of Spanish restaurants, one very good one by the Tobac shop.

Puerto Banus

Close by the apartment on Saturdays in Centro Plaza is the weekly market selling designer handbags, sunglasses and shoes as well as flowers, fruit and local produce.
Puerto Banus is well known for the beautiful boats that moor in the marina as well as its nighlife. There are quite a choice of bars and restaurants with most of the bars in the second street and the restaurants on the front. In between the restaurants are the designer clothes shops and even Jimmy Choo shoes!

There is a good choice of beaches at Puerto Banus as they are either end of the port along with beach bars and restaurants with a selection of watersports.

Walking from the apartment in any direction will always lead you to a restaurant or a bar but none that you can hear from the apartment to interrupt a good nights sleep.
