One of very few new beachside apartments in Puerto Banus. Ground floor with private garden and large terrace areas, with both outside dining and relaxing furniture originally was the show apartment. Consequenlty, the furniture is contemporary, modern and tastefully selected to compliment this superb beach side location.

Supermarket, sports clubs, numerous retaurants, bars and 5* hotels are within easy walking distance. Whilst a car is not essential unless you wish to explore, there is plenty of parking outside the apartment and also a reserved secure underground space together with lock up store, with direct lift and stairs access to 10 metres of the front door, making it ideal for golfers. All Puerto Banus and San Pedro beaches are within easy walking distance.

Dip in and out of the bustling port at leisure and if champagne spray parties are your thing the best two Veuve Cliquot and La Sala are a 10 minutes stroll along the beach.

If you enjoy walking take the promenade all the way to Orange Square in Old Town Marbella for lunch and on the way back stop at the port for an ice cream or sorbet, whilst watching the 'beautiful people', perusing the shops, yachts, ferraris and just about every other exotic brand of car you can think of.

For the energetic there are 16kms of beach promenade for jogging and cycling along, with exercise stations, refreshment stops (and spotlessly clean toilets) conveniently located along its length.

The shopping may surprise and is as good as many of the worlds major cities, with all the designer brands around the port. The department store El Corte Ingles is better than any John Lewis or House of Fraser we know and with a deli counter 100 metres long, they hand carve a selection of the finest hams to order, with enough for four costing the same as a sandwich back home!

So whether you want to shop, dine or club til you drop, PB has all the options as well as great beaches. The promenade takes you along to San Pedro where you will find a superb selections of Chiringuitos offering excellent sea food and Mojitos!

Puerto Banus is a small area between Marbella and San Pedro. Generally, any reference in the papers and magazines to Marbs is Puerto Banus, where the rich and famous have been coming for many years and more recently, all the reality tv stars.
Puerto Banus is a fantastic place. It has some great shops, stunning port with some absolutely breathtaking boats & yachts, play area for kids, a massive choice of restaurants, bars & clubs.. There are also a great choice of beaches and beaches clubs. So you really could holiday in Puerto Banus and not go anywhere else!

“Dont stay here”

On arrival we experienced many problems, the fridge/freezer broke and we had to bin all the food we had purchased. this was resolved for us very quickly. The apartment was nicely furnished but the kitchen cooking equipment was very poor, we are a couple and would have struggled to cook with the basic items that were in the kitchen. No hairdryer or iron provided as in most rentals. The toaster didn't work, the kettle looked like a travel one. The main problem is the guy who lives upstairs, he parties from 7pm until 6am the next day this went on every night, the music is so loud it sounds like you are in the same room, he had frequent visits from call girls and we had to listen to the antics all night long. we even had the call girls cards given to us as we were leaving the apartment one morning, the smell of drugs in the hallway was evident most days, after having no sleep we requested to be moved to another apartment we did move to a lovely quiet apartment near the beach in San Pedro, a beautiful apartment well equipped for renting and a credit to the owners.

Dear Ana So sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay at the apartment. We, as you know, were very sorry that you encountered such a problematic stay. It is fair to say there were a couple of anomalies! The breakdown of the fridge/freezer was unforeseen as you appreciated, in a new apartment you don't expect appliances to go wrong - but eh such is life! Though as you know it was addressed immediately with a call out to the technician. This also concluded in a cash refund of perishable goods. The apartment was new to the rental market late summer last year and lots of previous guests did not cook. Consequently, hence the lack of kitchen products/extra serving dishes, measuring jugs, tins etc. etc. - again as you appreciated your personal list of specific requirements for cooking was met adequately resulting now in a very prepared kitchen to cater for all guests - those wishing to dine in and out! When booking an apartment there will always be some noise from neighbours, your experience was extreme - as I recall when you woke me with your sms at 4.00 am to let me know that you could not sleep for the second night! It is very inconsiderate of anyone projecting any noise at this hour of the morning and the long term tenants in the apartment above were clearly not considerate to others. This was totally unacceptable for the community of owners and yourselves. For this we can only apologise. Thankfully, these people are no longer renting in the community. I conclude that we hope it has not deterred you from visiting this wonderful regional of Andalucía.
