A beachside apartment in Azalea Beach, Puerto Banus, ground floor with a walled and fenced private garden and large terraces. Outside dining and reclining furniture is provided and the apartment has private gated access, directly from the terrace to the pool garden area, of this small, exclusive and secure complex.
Numerous restaurants (like Mistral & Kala Kalua), bars, 5* hotel (Guadalpin), 2 supermarkets and sports clubs, are within a few minutes walk. Whilst a car is not essential, there is plenty of parking right outside the apartment and also two reserved secure underground garage spaces with a lock up store. Plus direct lift and stairs access to 10 metres of the front door, making it ideal for golfers.
All Puerto Banus and San Pedro beaches are within walking distance, you can dip in and out of the bustling port at leisure and Ocean Club and La Sala Beach just 10 minutes stroll along the beach.
If you enjoy walking, take the promenade all the way to Orange Square in Old Town Marbella for lunch and on the way back stop by the port for an ice cream or sorbet to people watch, peruse the shops, yachts and just about every designer brand store and make of car, you can think of.
For the energetic there are 16kms of beach promenade for jogging and cycling along, with exercise stations, refreshment stops (and spotlessly clean toilets) conveniently located along its length.
The shopping may surprise and is as good as many world class cities, with all the designer brands located around the port. The department store El Corte Ingles is better than any John Lewis store we know, with a deli counter 40 metres long and a fish counter 20 metres long!
So whether you want to shop, dine or club til you drop, PB has all the options as well as the most wonderful beaches and chiringuitos.
If you walk across the river towards San Pedro you will discover a very different scene. San Pedro is a quaint old town (although it now has a few designer shops and premium brand car showrooms). It is very Spanish, with little boutiques and individual shops, the restaurants are small, friendly and very family orientated and the new Boulevard has transformed the area.

The apartment is spacious with a relaxed atmosphere. The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed but with individual duvets and the second bedroom can be configured for either two single beds or an Austrian twin and both open on to private terraces and morning sunshine. The sun moves round to the main terrace and garden where it stays until late in the afternoon and then remains on the pool garden until sunset. The kitchen is practical and well laid out with Siemens appliances and is equipped with everything you need, if you choose to dine at home.

There is a large covered terrace outside and also 70 square metre garden terrace in a private garden with both sunny and shady areas all day long. An ideal place for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you prefer to dine outside. And if things should get a little warm there is a private combination locked gate directly from the terrace into the pool where you can cool off, before topping up your tan on the loungers around the pool, with free WiFi in the pool garden as well as the apartment. For the energetic there is a fully equipped air conditioned gym, complete with sauna and showers.
Our English, Spanish and Norwegian speaking Manager will meet you with keys upon arrival and can also arrange airport transfers and any shopping required for your stay.
The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol has a typical Mediterranean climate, with warm summers and mild winters, beautiful landscapes, delicious food, fabulous beaches and pretty villages.
It is the perfect place to enjoy a game of golf with over 60 golf courses in the region. There are magical places to visit, for example 'Ronda' one of the oldest cities of Spain, surrounded by mountains and closeby Benhavis.
Puerto Banus is a luxury marina, located in the area of Nueva Andalucia to the southwest of Marbella with shopping malls, restaurants and bars around the marina.
The apartment is located in the quiet residential area of Azealea Beach only 250 metres from the beach and 5 minutes walk from Mistral beach, chiringuitos and restaurants towards the port or in the opposite direction those on the San Pedro beach boulevarde.

"Beautifully finished apartment"
We stayed here in June for a few nights. The meeting arrangements were easy and Jill was very friendly and helpful. The location is great for walking in to Banus. It is a good 20 minute walk but the route is very pleasant. Pool area is nice although I would imagine it can get a bit crowded in peak season as the beds and space are limited. The apartment has recently been refurbished and is immaculate. There was more than enough space for a family of four. The terrace has easy access to the pool so everything is close at hand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.
