The apartment is designed to sleep 6, with 2 bedrooms but the double sofa bed in the living room provides a sleeping facility for extra persons. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning/heating. There is a large south-facing terrace with sun from early morning until late evening with sun loungers and table and chairs for up to 6 persons. There is a private on-site car parking space available. Wifi is also available in the complex.
This apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is situated within a secure complex, sporting two swimming pools (one children's pool) and sunbathing areas. During peak periods in high season, a life guard is on duty from early morning. It is situated within easy walking distance to Puerto Banus and the beach with the towns of San Pedro and Marbella on either side of the complex.
The kitchen which is separated from the living area, is fully equipped for self catering and leads into a utility room with washing facilities.

This superb 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard. As you enter the apartment, there is a fully fitted kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and ample storage cupboards. The utility area is adjacent to the kitchen. The comfortable lounge/dining area is complete with one large sofa,additional chair, television, mini hi-fi system, DVD player, dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, fitted wardrobes and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is fully fitted family bathroom adjacent to the twin bedroom.

There is a large south facing terrace with fantastic pool views and a pull out canopy which covers one half of the terrace for shade. Contains seating for up to 6 persons , also contains outdoor seating area and sun loungers. Apartment is situated on the inner core of the complex, which adds to greater security.

“LOCRIMAR Puerto Banús”
Apartment was fine. Unfortunately renovation work in the apartment next door had an impact on our holiday. We had two babies aged 1 and 2 who were afraid of the noise, who couldn’t rest or sleep and we couldn’t sit out in terrace. Despite reporting to the appropriate contacts who told them they would stop, builders kept on hammering and knocking down walls next door. Jacqueline Viola

“Great Apartment in Nice Complex!”
We had a lovely family holiday here - well equipped & spacious apartment with large sun terrace. Quiet complex with 2 good sized pools, 1 shallow kids one that was great for them to play in. Pizza restaurant / take-away and small shop round the corner and short walk (15 mins) to large supermarket. Easy to get to Puerto Banus, San Pedro etc via cheap taxis. We can definitely recommend Christina and Danny’s apartment for families or couples. (Not sure why others had issues other than grass maintenance which is annoying but necessary sometimes!)

Stayed here for a week, family of 4, children aged 9 and 14. The inside of the apartment is nice and well equipped for self-catering but that's only if you don't mind a treak to the supermarkets. Pool area is nice but is gated off and there are no sunbeds unless you take your own down or lie on the grass. Was very disappointed that the pool was closed for two days without notice as the grass surrounding the pool had been treated so this cost us €80 hiring sunbeds down at the beach. There are very strict pool rules too such as no inflatables so the ones we took with us were no use. The apartment is secure with wrought iron gates and shutters and the main entrance is locked too. Unfortunately, once you step outside the complex it's a dump, uneven pavements littered with dog dirt and rubbish. You have to cross a foot bridge to get across the main A7 road and then a good 20-25 min walk to the harbour. This apartment is probably more suited to couples.

There was a large Super Sol apartment just over the footbridge and turn right and which was displayed in the booklet in the apartment. I must apologise that you could not use the grass area around the pool for 2 days as they were treating for Ants as people were eating around the pool area and this was the cause of this issue. There is a large terrace with 4 Sun Loungers supplied and there is no problem in taking these down to the pool. Again Cheryl many thanks for your booking and we hope to see you again in the future. “Would highly recommend!!!”
Me and 2 friends stayed in this apartment 26th-31st May. Communication with both the owner and the agent in Spain was second to none. We were met on arrival with a welcome pack and shown around the property. Everything was perfect and up to standard so we were ready to start our holiday. We spent most of our time down at the port and although this was in walking distance we chose to taxi as it was cheap between 3 and took 5 mins. The shared pool facility in the grounds was great, clean and tidy. but please dont expect sun loungers as this is not a hotel, we used our towels and this was fine! I would give the owners 10/10 for property and customer service as they were fantastic in answering all our questions prior to departure and giving us helpful hints and tips.

“Great Apartment Would recommed”
Travelled to Puerto Banus for a family wedding booked this apartment through Trip Advisor. From the very start we had very good communiations with the owners. We were met by Linda who had contacted us by phone, the welcome pack was amazing. The apartment was just as described it had everything we needed. Private undercover parking is just outside the front door, the whole complex was very secure. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing holiday within walking distance of the town, the pools were sparkling clean with a lifeguard on duty.

“Nice clean place”
Excelent location, close to the beach and pubs and nightclubs. I have nothing bad to say about this place, owners were really helpful and nice as well. Id definitely stayed again.
“Perfect Apartment! Great Location!”
The apartment was perfect. The complex had a large spacious pool and grass area where you could relax in peace. The apartment was a 20 min walk from town, where there was an amazing night life and plenty of shops. Only a 10 min walk to the beach where there was a wide selection of activities. There is no need for a car as the bus stop is a 1 min walk from the apartment and can take you anywhere. Even though the apartment is in a great location and near to the main road, there is little noise from any traffic. I highly recommend this holiday rental to everyone (whether you are a family or a group of friends)
