Puerto Banus has everything, from exclusive designer shops, and restaurants, to bars, nightclubs and commercial centres which are all around so you do not need a car and the beach is only 150m away,
Two sets of double glazed windows per bedroom have been installed to reduce the noise levels to a minimum (yet some noise is to be expected!!) so you can also have a good night sleep yet be in the middle of it all!. If you do have a car we also offer

Apartment on the 2nd floor, NO lift in the building (40 steps to the apartment)
Please Note that maximum occupancy is for 4 adults plus a baby/child.

NOISE: This apartment is located in the middle of the amenities, surrounded by shops, designer boutiques, restaurants, bars and night clubs, therefore some noise at night should be expected, particularly during weekends

Check in from 4pm , check out before 12pm. EARLY check in or late Check out are only based upon availability and a fee may be required.

Depending on the time of your arrival, we may meet you or ask you to collect the keys of the property in our Banus office. Instructions will be sent to you a few days before your arrival.

HOUSE RULES
Please note that late arrivals (after 8pm) will have an extra admin fee of 25 euros.
ALL arrivals after 23:00h will need to collect the keys from a safe box outside our Puerto Banus office or pay 50 euros if you wish to be met on arrival.
We kindly ask our guests to look after the property and respect the neighbours (not loud music at night please; there are so many cool places in Marbella that you will most likely party outside anyway!).
- Smoking is not allowed in any part of the apartment, including at the windows.
- Smoking is ONLY ALLOWED on the terrace.
- No pets. - No drug use in the apartment. - No excessive noise. No unregistered guests. No parties.
- The apartment will be clean on arrival. No daily housekeeping service is included. The apartment should be left in the same condition as it was found.
- Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately
- In case of the house rules (or any part thereof) being disrespected we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of the booking and have the apartment vacated without a refund or to not release the security deposit or any part thereof.
The properties are not part of any hotel operation. Much like having your own vacation home, they come fully furnished with well equipped kitchens, linen, towels, cook wares, dinner wares, initial cleaning and toilet paper supplied. * No additional furnishings, appliances or supplies, other than what is found in the apartment, will be provided. * These are self-service properties, no staff will be on-site so there will be no room service, no daily housekeeping service, and no daily change of sheets or towels. * Please understand properties are for residential purposes only and shall not be diverted to other us. Any person/persons hurt or property/properties damaged arising from the use of these properties, shall not hold the property owners, or its employees, any liability or responsibility for any loss, injuries or damages incurred. * Be aware that booked guests will be held responsible for any of their companion/s or visitor/s actions for any untoward incidents, intentional or not, that may cause harm, injury, damage or loss to any property or anyone affected. * Extensions are based on availability only. Please kindly check on availability as soon as you know you would like to extend your stay.

The Costa del Sol region

Puerto Banus is a internationally famous yachting marina with leisure and shopping facilities. The port has been constructed in the 1970´s and has been made in to a vibrant shopping, nightlife and parading area. The port is a special place and you can spot the most expensive and largest yachts and the most exotic cars here. Designers like Gucci, Dolce & Gabbanna, Versace and Louis Vuitton all have shops to fullfill the shopping needs of the wealthy visitors and residents.

For the people with a pocket less deep there are sufficient retail facilities just outside the port. Department store El Corte Inglès has a large store and retailers like Zara, Massimo Dutti, Mango have shops here as well. Just outside Puerto Banus lies Nueva Andalucia. Nueva Andalucia is a international residential area with several famous golf courses. The best know are Las Brisas golf, Los Naranjos Golf and Aloha Golf. Nueva Andalucia has lots of shopping facilities, restaurants and bars and is especially vibrant because of the many residents who stay the whole year round.

There is a weekly street market every Saturday next to the local bull ring.
