Considered one of the finest properties of the resort with stylish decorations and designer furnishings, this Residence invites comfort and exudes modern elegance. Sprawling entertaining spaces flow outside to the outdoor recreation area past the billiards and ping pong tables, the cozy patio to the stunning pool and tranquil surroundings beyond. The serenity of the property beckons you to leave your worries behind and relax under the Cypriot sun. And within a few minutes’ walk, you will arrive at the resort of Protaras with its picturesque beaches, diverse shops, and fine restaurants.

Surrounded by olive trees, lush conifers and fragrant flowers, this private gated Villa with convenient off-road parking have a very tropical feel, one that relaxes you around the spacious, rear patio as you watch the waters and enjoy the view from your private retreat. Or you can entertain in grand style by making use of the extensive, outside facilities, including the luxurious lounge furniture, the superb dining table, sun loungers, pool bar, shower, and a BBQ. Take a swim in the crystal clear waters or simply relax by lazing around the pool whilst the children enjoy a game of table tennis or a swim in their own private playground.

Every detail of the villa was carefully selected and quality crafted. The grand entryway opens into a bright, spacious and modern lounge/dining area with a large window and two glass sliding doors that lead out to the striking pool and outdoor seating areas, ideal for al fresco dining. Relax in the lounge on one of the two comfortable 3-seater sofas; enjoy the soothing air conditioning as you watch the flat screen TV, or connect to the villa’s WiFi.

Prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner in the top-of-the-line chef’s kitchen which is clad with premium finishes and fixtures including custom made cabinets, professional grade appliances, an integrated fridge freezer, and a conveniently located washing machine. Choose to dine indoors either at the breakfast bar or in the more formal 8 seater dining table, whilst admiring the view through the patio doors.

Each of the 4 modern bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twins, is fully furnished with contemporary furniture, has large shuttered windows, a climate control system, and an opulent en-suite glass shower. The two double bedrooms on the top floor have generous closets and sliding glass doors leading onto a balcony overlooking the pool and offering an unobstructed view of Protaras.
