Description

This is a beautiful, luxurious Villa located on a private, gated residential complex - safe and secure.

The Villa has air conditioning (included in the price) and ceiling fans.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8 + a 9th person in a cot) all with private balconies - 1 double and 2 twin rooms.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes. The property has a further family bathroom on the first floor and a toilet on the ground floor.

The villa comes highly recommended and is ideal for families and couples alike. The villa has a large 4m x 8m private pool with an outside shower. Towels and linen are provided and for longer stays a cleaning service can be arranged for an extra charge.

Swimming and pool towels are supplied but we suggest holiday makers also bring their own beach towels.

The spacious open plan living area is bright and spacious and provides an ideal setting for for relaxing and dining. It has been furnished to a very high standard with has full public liability insurance for use as a holiday rental.

The villa has free WiFi and a cot is also available free of charge

The Villa is located in Kapparis, Protaras and is less than - 200 metres from the sandy beach and only 800 metres from shops and restaurants.

This property is ideal for two families sharing if required.

Car Hire is very reasonable - hire from the airport and collect your vehicle on arrival and return it on your departure or hire a vehicle locally. Buses and Taxis are very cheap and children under 12 travel free on the buses.

“Excellent Villa!! Everything you need, home from home”

This is now the 3rd year I have stopped in this Villa with family and love it. Straight forward to get to from Larnaca Airport about 40 mins drive. Everything you need is provided even UK plug sockets so no need to bring along travel plugs!! When you arrive there is bread, butter, Tea, coffee & milk provided to get you started. We always shop at Lidl to stock up on food there are two to choose from one is in Protaris which is 15 mins away or as we found out on this visit there is one nearer in Paralimni which is less than 10 mins (all by car) If you ask Dave the pool guy he will be more than happy to give you directions. There is an XBox in the villa for the kids in case they get bored which I doubt it as my son spent most of it in the pool... The villa is very clean and every other day you will meet Dave the pool man who comes to clean the pool. Dave is very friendly, lovely guy. Definately recommend this villa for a great family stay!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
