To qualify for any discounts - holidays must be of a duration of 7 nights.

The minimum stay in this Apartment is 5 nights with the exception of 1 June - 30 September

..............Beautifully furnished apartment with 2-bedrooms (sleeps 6) which is situated on the ground floor and opens out on to a private furnished patio which has the beautiful communal swimming pool in front of it - what a view while eating "Al Fresco".

One of, if not the best location on the complex.

The apartment is light and spacious with doors leading from the lounge straight on to the patio - furnished to a high standard, there is also WiFi / Internet Connection if required, there are are also Ceiling Fans in all rooms as well as Air conditioning units - there is lots of space to enjoy the sunshine.

Free WiFi throughout is included.

There are many tavernas, restaurants and bars within walking distance, but far enough to allow you to get a good night's sleep.

The beautiful Fireman's Cove is also within walking distance. Agia Tirada, Fig Tree Bay, Cape Greco are a few minutes' drive.

This apartment has everything on its doorstep for a quiet relaxing holiday for the whole family.

All holidaymakers are entitled to the following:-

NB: GROUPS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS THE GROUP IS COUPLES

The tariff is for one week for 6 sharing and includes air conditioning throughout your stay, linen, towels and a welcome pack (if staying for one week or more) plus a clean at the end of the stay.

If staying for 9 nights or more a change of linen and towels is also supplied.

There are no Hidden Extras.

If you require a cot or hire chair this can be sourced for you at very little cost - just ask.

If your holiday dates are within 6 weeks of your booking date - the full amount will be required.

A Security Bond of £200 will be required with the balance of rent - this amount will be refunded within 3 days of vacating the property providing everything is undamaged and left clean and tidy.

NB: Cancellation charges

These charges are based on how many days before your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice.

These charges are a percentage of the cost of your booking, but do not include Security Bonds* paid.*

If the Security Bond has been paid, this is refunded in full, no matter how much notice is given for cancellation.

Very good apartment clean and nice! Good location but I recommend to rent a car! The swimming pool was cleaned every morning! Great for a family and a very nice and quiet area! We will definitely be back next year!

The apartment is 400m from Fireman's Beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. However, if you do wish to visit other resorts you will need to have a car or take the bus which is local to the property.

once again can't fault this apartment complex ,small enough for peace and quiet with a lovely clean pool right at your patio door. most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. rooms good size with plenty of wardrobe space. very clean with everything you need. Bill met us at apartment to give us keys, very nice guy. also we were given a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk,fresh bread, jam and butter. a very nice gesture. weather very hot even in september. hope to be back next year

“Relaxing, quite holiday”

The apartment was perfect for our holiday - we had two separate bedrooms for the four of us while the dining area, balcony & outdoor pool area was the best place to spend pleasant evenings together. The place is clean and what we appreciated so much was the quietness of the area - we would have not chosen any other lively/crowded village to this. The closest beach is a blue flag one and we loved it. However, having a rented car is strongly recommended if you want to visit all the things that the island can offer - we went from east to west but in the evenings it felt so good coming back to this silent area. If we would have to choose again, this would still be the place to go. We loved our holiday with this apartment!

Very good condition of the apartment. Almost private pool just a few steps from the balcony. Quiet area near the beach and close to restaurants and supermarket. Very good location.

Had a great holiday again, liked the ground-floor apartment. We had our own transport but beaches and restaurants are within walking distance, there are buses, occasionally. Organisation with Bill and Lynda is very easy. Thanks John and Tracey

have used this flat 2 years running now and will use again. Location perfect for beaches, bars, restaurants, shops all by foot, car not needed. Bus links to all destinations. Perfect.

The apartment is part of a small friendly block with instant access to the pool which is great for the kids. Having access to a car during your stay is a big advantage as the local beach is quite small. Fig Tree Bay in Protaras is just a 10 minute drive.

Fig Tree Bay is lovely, but there are also many beautiful beaches before Fig Tree Bay which are within 5 minutes - but Fig Tree Bay is my favourite as well!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
