Villa Leonidas is an outstanding property located in a quiet luxury complex in the heart of Protaras just 700m from the sea and Protaras town center. This exceptional luxury Villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms, superb indoor living space and an amazing terrace with its architectural sails overlooking the fabulous gardens and the large overflow pool (12.5m x 5 m). The outdoor area includes a long- bar ideal for entertaining with eight bar stools and external fridge.

The villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standard both internally and externally including wide coverage high-speed internet, remotely controlled pool water features and remotely controlled children pool safety cover. It is ideally situated within walking distance of Protaras town centre with its many bars, restaurants, shops and amenities.

• Entrance leading to the spacious open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area.

• Lounge area furnished to a high standard (Natuzzi etc) with curved 65'' TV and cable TV system. Large sliding patio doors extend the living area to the outdoor terrace. Second large sliding patio doors overlook the pool and the gardens.

• Large fully fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, blender and frappe maker.

• Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom.

    How do damage deposits work?
