Lovely apartment; spacious, bright and well kept. Wrap around balcony was also great to sit out and enjoy mid evening! Apartment equipped with everything you need for a holiday stay with all appliances working. Apartment was situated right in Pernera and walking distance from Protaras...ideal location! Also had a beautiful pool, pool bar cafe and the beach a stone throw away. Would definitely recommend it to others and will definitely rebook in future:)

Loved the apartment, balcony was great- could sit outside in sunshine all day (easy to escape rest of family). The beach, pool, bar & staff were perfect the grassed area with sun beds was never over crowded & the sandy beach ideal to swim from. Loads of nice bars / restaurants within few minutes walk definitely recommend a wonderful traditional family restaurant few hundred yards down road called Ifalos could have eaten there each night . Will definitely return.
“Best holiday holiday in a familiar area , suited all family”
Loved the apartment, wrap around balcony brilliant - facilities at the beach / pool / area were perfect. Normally stayed in very quiet private rentals but this was ideal mix of relaxation for my husband, beautiful beach where I could feed fish, sun beds on grassy bank were spaced well apart unlike further along the walkway. Lots of choice within walking distance - bars etc for night time. Would defiantly return here again.
This apartment was lovely it looked exactly the same as the photos (unlike a lot of holiday brochures!). It was spacious and provided plenty of room for our group of 5 the layout of the apartment meant that there was plenty of privacy and with every room opening out to the balcony everyone had access with no need to wake anyone who was sleeping late etc. The apartment was very well equipped and the views from the main bedroom of the sea were so lovely to wake up to. The owners were great to deal with the whole process of booking etc was simple and they were very helpful with regarding to arrival and departure time and providing all the info we needed. The complex that the apartment is situated on was great with pool bar, swimming pool, restaurants, sunbeds and direct access to the sea and even a bakery about 30 metres from the apartment entrance. The staff on the complex were lovely really good at their jobs and friendly and welcoming all the time. We likened it to staying in a lovely hotel but with much more freedom and privacy. If you wanted to relax there was really little need to leave the immediate area, in the evenings we managed one walk along the boardwalk to Protarus for an evening out returning by taxi and one return bus trip to Ayia Napa we also ate out in Pernera itself which is really on the doorstep and twice ate at the main restaurant on the complex we didn't have a bad meal during our stay and when returning to the apartment the area was always peaceful and quiet ideal for a good nights sleep. The weather was very hot when we stayed always in the high 30's during the day so our daytime activities consisted on walking the short distance to the pool area where the younger members of our family tended to stay all day enjoying the sunbeds and lovely pool whilst my husband and I continued on a few more metres to the 'grass beach' where we could relax all day under the shade of an umbrella and take the occassional dip in the warm sea or order drinks from the comfort of the sunbed, so relaxing and peaceful. All in all we had a wonderful holiday staying in this lovely apartment and definately intend to return for a future holiday, hopefully soon...
“A wonderful relaxing holiday in an excellent well-positioned apartment.”
We have just enjoyed a wonderful 10 days at this excellent apartment. It has everything you need and is fully equipped to a very high standard. The air conditioned apartment has spacious rooms and was immaculately clean on arrival. It has stylish comfortable furnishings and a balcony that is accessible from the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms, where you can relax and enjoy the sea view. Local amenities including supermarkets, bakery, pubs and restaurants are very close to the apartment and the beach is within a short walking distance. The communal pool is situated at the end of the road and is very clean. The bus services are very good and allow easy access into Protaras for even more restaurants and shops, and to the waterpark close to Nissi Beach. The owners, Chris and Sandra take great care to ensure that you have a fantastic holiday. I definitely recommend this apartment and will book again.
“A lovely apartment in a great location”
We received excellent service from the owners. The holiday was a late booking so we could attend a family wedding which was arranged at short notice. The owners replied promptly to our emails and gave us information about the local area, restaurants, directions from the airport etc. We hired a car at the airport, it is approximately a 45 minute drive & there is a parking spot behind the apartment. The apartment was excellent. It is in a great location within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. We only had 3 nights there, our best meal was at Blue Spice, which is a short walk along the front from the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance (without young children!) of the strip in Protaras we took a taxi which cost 8euros. The apartment is exactly as described; it is very clean, modern and well equipped. It is very spacious we travelled as a family of four with a 5 & 3 year old. The complex it is on has a pool, bar and restaurant which are a couple of minutes walk. There are free loungers at the pool and on the beach in front of the pool bar. We would definitely book again 3 nights were not enough!!
“Excellent apartment. Well equipped and good location”
We booked the apartment last minute for a short stay from 27th June to 1st July 2012. The owners Sandra and Chris couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. We booked the day before departure and despite the rush we were provided all the information we could have possibly needed. The apartment is situated in an excellent location, 5 mins walk from the main area of Pernera. In fact, it's 5 mins walk to almost everything in Pernera including the lovely beach however it's still quiet at night with no noise from any bars or restaurants. On arrival at the apartment there is ample private parking to the rear of the building. The close was very clean and the apartment itself was immaculately clean. It's a spacious apartment which would accomodate 4 in comfort, and 6 at a push with the use of the sofa bed in the living room. The balcony runs round the entire exterior of the apartment which gives every room direct access to it. Furnishings and decor all appear quite new and everything feels very fresh and comfortable. It is also well equipped with everything you would need during your stay including plenty of crockery/utensils, air conditioning, towels, iron/ironing board, microwave, toaster etc. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and have been raving about the apartment since we returned. Having stayed in Pernera before at hotels, the apartment is far better value for money and a much nicer (and cleaner) place to stay. Thanks again.
“Great time had by all”
Apartment was lovely, clean and tidy, was what it said on the tin. Views of the sea from the lovely balcony. Great location close to beach, and shared pool with lovely facilities. Owners Sandra and Chris really helpful with booking and advice on our stay prompt with any queries or information we required. Close to some great restaurants and bars.Lovely walk on sea front to Protarus Bus stop near by to Ayia Napa and Protarus. Had a great holiday would certainly recomend this appartment.
