Welcome to Villa Azur, a 5* luxury and superbly priced, spacious and child friendly villa located just minutes walk to Pernera's best beaches and the beautiful clear azur waters of the mediterranean sea. Our Villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and is in an excellent location, in the exclusive development of Crystal Lagoon, in the heart of the popular resort of Pernera, Protaras. Quiet, peaceful and private (the villa is not overlooked), yet close to a superb range of amenities (bars, restaurants, tavernas, beaches, shops). No car required.

The villa benefits from its own private pool (pool towels included and can be heated on request), with a shallow end perfect for children. The outside patio area benefits from a secluded dining area with scented lemon tree and gas barbecue, a full set of patio furniture and beautiful landscaped Greek inspired garden area at the front of the property with a variety of lovely plants and flowers (including the beautiful bird of paradise). Inside benefits from free WIFI and a full entertainments system including 32' plasma satellite TV with surround sound downstairs (and 19" plasma TV in bedroom 2), Android box installation providing a variety of English channels, films, boxsets, apps and games etc, DVD player, music system (with MP3 and IPOD speaker set up) and playstation games consol (with selection of games) as well as central heating for winter breaks. We have also equipped the villa for families with children in mind including added safety locks on all patio doors and windows, safety screen to pool area, high quality travel cot and high chair, plug safety covers, 2 stair gates, and high fencing around the pool area. In addition, we have included a selection of DVDs, games and books for your indoor entertainment.

To top it all off, once you arrive at our villa, you will receive a comprehensive welcome pack and our friendly local managers will arrange a 'meet and greet' service with you to help you get the most out of your stay at Villa Azur.

With plenty in the surrounding area to see and do and the guaranteed year round sunshine, Villa Azur is ideal for summer and winter breaks for friends, families and couples alike. We hope you enjoy as much as we have.

“Very relaxing holiday,as last year, perfect place to stay.”

Very enjoyable holiday.This was our second visit to villa azure & it is in a brilliant location for restaurants & beaches.Also great shop at entrance to Crystal Lagoon with all you require on a daily basis. Furnishings & beds are very comfortable & air conditioning is just what you need when in the sun all day.Pool is lovely & kept very clean.

We have just returned from leave and would highly recommend Villa Azur. Everything we needed was available to us, it was as good as is described on website. Local agents very friendly and helpful, and lots of info re the area was provided and useful Would definitely return

The villa is set in an ideal location as it is close to all amenities and is walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Standard of the villa was excellent and couldnt find fault with anything. Weather was great and the holiday was completely relaxing. Would definitely recommend Knights Pub for excellent food as we went there several times and experienced brilliant service each time. Maintenance people were always easy to get hold of if needed and were present throughout the holiday to check that was all okay.

We stayed in Villa Azur for 10 days in July 2011 and everything was fantastic from start to finish - Lola was so helpful in the booking process and answered all our questions from start to finish - Marce who greeted us when we arrived was so friendly and advised us on restaurants (including Sizzlers which was a family run restuarant and the food was great) and supermarkets etc to Dan the pool man who again was so friendly and helpful in telling us about the area etc. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed - a real home from home! What more can we say but we hope you enjoy your holiday as much as we did - Thanks to everybody involved in Villa Azur!

How do damage deposits work?
