A beautifully presented 3 bedroom villa with private pool, within walking distance from the lovely Ayia Triada beach with its pretty fishing harbour.

Or walk in the other direction for the beautiful Sirena Bay and Pernera harbour/beach.

The villa has a spacious open-plan ground floor with large modern kitchen, dining room and lounge with patio doors leading to the pool and patio areas.

The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV android box showing all the latest films, news, sports etc, DVD player and WIFI is available for your entertainment.

Outside, the villa has a good sized pool and pool-side terrace for sunbathing, dining table and sun-loungers.

The master double bedroom has and ensuite bath/shower room and balcony. There are a further 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. Another bed can be set up in the single room for children, and a travel cot can be provided.

The villa is on a secure, private and peaceful complex of luxury villas and is ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday by their own pool with fantastic beaches & amenities close by as well as a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife a short bus ride away.

Located in Ayia Triada between Pernera and Kapparis which is part of the Protaras area. Ayia Triada is an area that is quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing holiday but within walking distance of the sandy beaches and local amenities.

Car hire is not necessary but advisable to best explore this beautiful Island. The main resort of Protaras is less than 5 minutes by car or take the local bus which runs through Pernera and Ayia Triada and can take you to Protaras, Ayia Napa and the Water park. In the other direction into the town of Paralimni, a traditional Cypriot town with shops, tavernas, churches and an interesting town square where you can sit in a café and watch the world go by. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes stroll away from the villa and runs every 20/25 minutes from 6am to 2am the following morning (cost for travel each way, 1 euro 50 cents for adults, 75 cents for children and infants travel free)

*Airport transfers can be arranged directly to and from the villa from 55 euros each way.

*Optional 'meet and greet' service (if time of arrival is before/after working hours then a meeting will be arranged at a convenient time to both parties).

*WIFI is included.

* Bed linen and towels provided (though not beach/pool towels). All beds are freshly made before your arrival.

* The villa is cleaned before and after your stay and all towels and linen are cleaned after your departure. A midweek clean and linen change can be arranged if requested.

*All electricity & air conditioning is included in the price.

*Childs safety gate at bedroom door and playpen set up downstairs on request (subject to availability) - please ask for more information.

Therefore, it is important that if you rent a villa with a swimming pool, that you and the rest of your party do not put yourselves at risk by using the pool unsafely. For example, swimming alone, or under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Quiet location, bus stop to get to Pernera and Protaras a short walk, some small beaches close by. The villa was well equip and spotless, if going back with family would definitely book again.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
