Description

This villa is a luxurious and elaborate four bedroom sea front villa located in the heart of Protaras. Within walking distance to all beaches, bars, restaurants , shops and other amenities, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday.

The ground floor features an open plan living room area, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen and satellite TV, Iphone/Ipod docking station, DVD Player and large patio doors leading to the garden and sea views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and the dining area has seating for 8 persons. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds and a separate WC.

Upstairs, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and doors leading out to the balcony with sea views. The second bedroom also has a double bed and balcony and the third bedroom has two single beds and a shared balcony with sea views. All bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main upstairs bathroom has a bath, shower and WC

Outside, the sunny garden and pool area provide plenty of space for sunbathing and outside dining. There is a barbecue, worktop with cupboard space and a sink, outside shower, sun loungers and a large private pool overlooking the ocean. There is also a gate leading you to the pathway that will take you down to the beach.

Overall, a beautiful and contemporary sea front villa, just a minute walk to the beach, ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.
