Beautiful and modern 2 bedroom Agia Triada villa, just a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach. Has a private pool, free WIFI, DVD player, Satelite TV, and air conditioning.

Sleeps 6 people (1 double bed, 2 single beds and two sofa beds).

This modern and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Agia Triada and is just 200 meters to the beach with many restaurants, supermarkets, water sports, clubs etc in the area.

The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a very comfortable stay.

The ground floor features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room has a comfortable sofa, widescreen TV with hundreds of satellite channels in various languages (english, russian, German etc), with free video on demand to watch the latest movies, DVD player and WIFI connection. There is also a PS3 (games included!). The modern kitchen is fitted with modern day appliances. The dining area comfortable seats 6 persons. There is also a WC with a shower on the ground floor.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin and all with fitted wardrobes, along with a family bathroom.

Outside you will find the spacious garden and pool area, with plenty of daytime sun. There is a playroom space, with darts, billiard, table tennis, basket, 2 BBQs (a traditional one with carbon and another one with gas) and sink area located to the side of the villa, ideal for outside summer dining. There is a 42'' television to watch

movies by the pool. There are plenty of sun loungers, a pool shower and 2 separate seating areas, ideal for dining. There is also a private parking.

Overall a luxurious and contemporary villa in a peaceful location, ideal for couples and families looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Owner's reply: This is the first visitor having so many and different complaints as anyone can see in the reviews. The villa is spacious even for 6 people not for 2! It has a big leaving room, two bedrooms, 1 big bathroom, 2 showers, private parking and plenty of outside space. They had two sets of towels for their stay. In any case towels and sheets can be ready in a couple of hours if someone wants to use the washing machine.Occasionaly I sent them messages to ask if everything was ok, and the answer was always that everything is nice. I hope in the future the visitors are more aqurate in their reviews because they can damage people that try very hard to keep their clients happy.

How do damage deposits work?

If Giorgos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
