Description

The Villa has three bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the other two with twin beds. There is an upstairs balcony leading off the back two bedrooms with sea views. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over bath. Downstairs there is a toilet and open plan living area, with well equipped kitchen and dining area with pull out table. The living area has one fold out couch, TV with stalite and DVD player. Outside there is a large patio area with swimming pool and bar-b-que.

The bathroom has a shower over a full size bath, and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has 2 large sofas and television with satalite and DVD.

“Perfect Location and Villa”

Such a lovely clean and spacious villa with a lovely pool. Great outdoor space around the villa , quiet location but the shops, pubs and restaurants are minutes away. The local beach is a 10-15 minute walk but it's also a lovely walk along the seafront into Protoras. We really did enjoy out stay here in this wonderful villa.

Villa fine, but the pool has no lighting - just a light over the back door so difficult to eat out in the evenings around the pool. No welcome pack possible or mid-week linen change

Arrived at villa and was nice and clean. The pool was also nice and clean and a great size. Next day we had a walk and was only a short walk to loads of restaurants and bars, also a short walk to beach. There are loads of pubs and Restaurants in Protaras which we walked to a few times during stay. Would definitely book again

This villa is in a fantastic location and offers everything you would need for a relaxing break. It's the first time ever that my family have stayed in a villa and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Why would you want the hassle of fighting for a breakfast table and a sunbed when you have the opportunity for a stress free holiday at your own pace? The swimming pool is a fantastic size, the living area is very spacious and the bedrooms very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and on hand to answer any questions we had. We took a walk to Protaras / Fig Tree Bay quite a few times where we enjoyed cocktails and food - you don't have to go that far if you don't want to as there are plenty of shops and bars just around the corner. We loved this holiday and cannot wait to return again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lesley (the owner) a message.

If Lesley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
