Modern 2 bedroomed Luxurious Penthouse

We were awarded our Certificate of Excellence for last year following all our 5 star reviews.

Our apartment sleeps up to 6 people and a travel cot plus high chair if required?

Apartment offers fresh towels & sheets changed on a weekly bases.

Car hire or transfers can be arranged if required by our property manager Chris &

24hr emergency on call service.

In the hot summer months we offer air-con free of charge with lovely cotton linen to keep you extra cool.

In the winter months when the night air is slightly cooler we have electric oil heaters to keep you warm and quilts to keep you cozy.

Apartment offers all kitchen appliances cooker & hob,both a small fridge and family size fridge and freezer,microwave & washing machine.

Steam iron and ironing board also a hairdryer to keep those suitcases lighter.

Both bath & shower.

Our Cyprus Apartment offers you 40FT balcony area giving you plenty of space for alfresco dinning with our dinning area and sun beds for those sun worshipers

For those who prefer a shaded area our offers comfy suite and chairs with a massive canopy.

For ultimate alfresco dinning our gas BBQ is just the job.

We are Fully air conditioned at no extra charge.

Our guests are welcome to use the pool at the Amore Hotel a short walk from our apartment.

This has 2 pools a restaurant and bar area.

They are also able to use pools at the Kama Lifestyle in Pernera a 10 min drive of a local bus ride away.

They also offer bar and restaurant with amazing English high tea.

Kapparis (Greek for capers!)

Kapparis is a 40 min drive from Larnaca Airport, which very well sign posted.

We also have full instructions if driving to our apartment.

Our Cyprus Apartment is roughly a 10 min walk to the nearest beach, although there a 3 beaches to choose from within a very small area. The nearest just a 5 minute walk away

All beaches are beautiful golden sand and turquoise sea.

The sea is very clear & shallow

So no need to worry about young children.

Kapparis has its own strip which is just a 10 minute walk away comprising of bars, restaurants and shops selling both frozen and fresh food items.

Or there is a local Lidil store and metro locally.

A 5 - 10 min drive or bus ride will take you into Protaras where it is more lively offering more choice of eateries and bars all of which are child friendly.

Local bus services run 22hrs per day in season.

For those who like to party Ayia Nappa is just a 15 min drive away.

Ayia Napa also offers beautiful beaches with DJs on beach both day and night in peak season.

Also the old monestary and its wonders.

Ayia Napa also offers fun fairs and water parks for fun days or nights out with the family or as a couple.

Kapparis is untouched and unspoiled compared to the overcrowding in some resorts. It is a small village where the community is very friendly and who make time for holiday makers. The atmosphere is very relaxed and laid back, which makes it the ideal place for a chill out and get away from it all holiday.

Kapparis Cyprus Bay

Kapparis has easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Deryneia, and the resorts of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa. Although Kapparis has supermarkets, restaurants and bars, we feel that a car is not essential as there is plenty to see and do locally however if you would like to see more of Famagusta there are Day Trips on The Red Bus or local buses and taxis.

Beaches in the Area

The local beaches offer a number of water sports and boat trip at very reasonable prices.

Fireman's Beach (Kapparis Beach)

Fireman's Beach is a lovely, sandy cove which has some really breathtaking views. You can even see Famagusta Ghost Town on a clear day, if you walk round the bay. The fireman's station is located at the top of the bay and fireman can often be seen training on the beach in the late afternoon and early morning. It is perfect for families as the beach is compact and secluded with shallow waters. You will find a copious amount of sunloungers and umbrellas at your disposal and a Kiosk at the top of the bay.

Malama Beach

If you are looking for peace and quiet, then Malama is a perfect choice. It is a sandy beach which is tranquil, in comparison to other main beaches. A real local’s choice with a water sports area for the adventurous type. You have a sea view restaurant/ cafe above the beach if you require breakfast, lunch or dinner. It would be ideal for families as the water is shallow enough for young children and is small enough to keep an eye on them.

Getting around

In the high seasons May till October there are regular buses to take you around the island very cheaply in the quiter seasons they run around every hour or so. We would recommend a hire car if you want to travel around the island Cypriots drive on the same side as U.K. And is very well signposted in English we also give full instructions to the apartment. Transfers can be arranged with Chris if required? These are paid locally

Interaction with guest

We have a property manager Chris who is on hand through your entire stay and is only a short drive away to get to you if you need assistance. Chris usually comes around the following morning of your arrival to introduce himself and answer any questions you may have about the apartment or local area. Chris details will be emailed as will any security codes you may require for your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
