Welcome to 'Omorfo Theire Villa', a villa styled on tradition and offers something different to other villas.

Set in a complex of similar villas, it also has its own church to add to the character.

The villa has 2 upper floors, the ground floor has an open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge and guest WC.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms (1 with sea view) which can also accommodate a cot and/or camp bed for an additional child plus a family bathroom with shower.

The second floor has a single bed with sea views and also a fantastic roof terrace with breathtaking sea views - a really romantic setting.

Air conditioning units are installed and WIFI/Internet,android TV access included.

Outside you will find ample dining and sunbathing space.

There are 2 outside dining tables and chairs, a gas BBQ and a good sized private pool. Enjoy the shade on the comfy sofa set under the wooden pergola.

The villa is in a great location. Just a stones throw from the coast and a few minutes walk through the complex brings you to Sirena Bay with its golden sand and own Taverna and bar.

Walk a few more minutes and you come to the Golden Coast Harbour and Golden Coast Beach of Pernera.

There is a small supermarket close by and restaurants or you can walk into Pernera town within 15 minutes.

There is also a bus stop just on up from the complex which runs every 20 - 30 minutes, taking you to the other local resorts.

Ideal for people who want a quiet, relaxing holiday but want to be right by the beach and are only a short walk away from the bars and restaurants.

MORE INFORMATION:

*Airport transfers can be provided directly to and from the villa from 55 euros each way.

*Optional 'meet & greet' service.

*Bed linen and towels provided (although not beach/pool towels). All beds are freshly made before your arrival.

*The villa is cleaned before and after your stay and all towels and linen are cleaned after your departure. A midweek clean and linen change can be arranged if requested.

*All electricity including aircon is included in the price.

* WIFI included in rental price.

*Childs cot, safety gate, and highchair can be provided.

Conditions:

*We do not allow smoking inside the villa but you are welcome to smoke outside.

*A non-refundable deposit is required of £100.00 per week at the time of booking.

*Balance of holiday is due 8 weeks before departure + a refundable breakages deposit of £150.00. If everything is ok after inspection by our property services agents we refund your money of £150.00 within 1 week of your return home. (We do not charge for small breakages).

Please note swimming and using a swimming pool has its inherent risks. Renting a private villa with a pool means there will be no lifeguard present and as such you would be fully responsible for your, or your children’s behaviour. Therefore, it is important that if you rent a villa with a swimming pool, that you and the rest of your party do not put yourselves at risk by using the pool unsafely. For example, swimming alone, or under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
