From the manager

Villa Doria is 2 bedroom villa with pool positioned on the main road to Protaras. You have just a short stroll to the main Protaras strip with bars, restaurants and shops along the way. Or, walk the other way and you are in Pernera within a 10 minute stroll.

The downstairs area is spacious with a fitted kitchen, dining area with patio doors out onto the pool area and comfortable sitting room with more patio doors leading out onto the pool area. There is also a guest WC.

There is a flat screen TV with movie/film/childrens/news/sports channels.

Outside you can sunbathe around the pool or enjoy eating al fresco. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room and balcony where you can enjoy views of St Elias church on the hill which is lit up at night.

The 2nd bedroom has two single beds. There is also a family bathroom with shower.

The villa accommodates 4 guests but a campbed can be provided for an extra child and/or cot can be provided for an infant if requested (please ask for details).

MORE INFORMATION:

A car is not required but if you would like visit other local resorts or the Ayia Napa Water park, there is a regular bus service within 100 meters that takes you to Pernera, Agia Napa, Cape Greko, Agia Triada and Paralimni all for 1 euro 50 cents each way or buy a bus day pass for just 5 euros (children travel for half price).

* Villa Doria is located in between the Sweet Memories Hotel and Artemis Hotel in Protaras on the main Protaras road.

*Airport transfers can be arranged directly to and from the villa from 55 euros each way.

* Bed linen and towels provided (though not beach/pool towels). All beds are freshly made before your arrival.

* The villa is cleaned before and after your stay and all towels and linen are cleaned after your departure.

* Travel cot, highchair, safety gate can be provided (subject to availability) - please ask for more information when making your enquiry.

Please note swimming and using a swimming pool has its inherent risks. Renting a private villa with a pool means there will be no lifeguard present and as such you would be fully responsible for your, or your children’s behaviour. Therefore, it is important that if you rent a villa with a swimming pool, that you and the rest of your party do not put yourselves at risk by using the pool unsafely. For example, swimming alone, or under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
