'Villa Coroneo' is a lovely 3 bedroom villa with private pool which sleeps up to 8 people. The location is excellent, on a quiet complex of elite villas, close to all the restaurants, bars and shops of Pernera and within walking distance to Protaras.

The pool with roman steps (7.5m x 3.5m) is great for cooling off in the warm temperatures with a shallow and deep end. There are loungers for around the pool to get a great tan as the sun shines on the pool area all day and an outside dining table and chairs on the patio for serving up food off the BBQ. There is a small garden area with fruit trees which compliments the villa.

The villa is very spacious and comes with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. With an open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room with high spec fixtures and fittings

Upstairs are 3 good sized bedrooms, all with balconies. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is also a family bathroom with shower.

Downstairs there is a sofa bed to accommodate 2 more people and a cot can be provided if required.

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout for cool/hot air, and WIFI /TV with Movies, Kids, Sports, News, Music and Documentary channels.

If you wish to explore more of the island, there is a bus stop just on up from the villa where a regular bus service will take you to Protaras, Ayia Napa, Cape Greco, Agia Triada and Paralimni all for 1 euro 50 cents each way or buy a bus day pass for just 5 euros (children travel half price / infants free).

*Airport transfers can be arranged directly to and from the villa from 55 euros each way.

*The villa is cleaned before and after your stay and all towels and linen are cleaned after your departure. A midweek clean and linen change can be arranged if requested (subject to availability).

*All electricity gas and air conditioning is included in the price.

*We do not allow smoking inside the villa but you are welcome to smoke outside.

*A non-refundable deposit is required of 20% at the time of booking.

*Balance of holiday is due 8 weeks before + a refundable breakages deposit of £250.00. If everything is ok after inspection by our property services agents we will refund your money of £250.00 within 1 week of your return home. (We do not charge for small breakages).

Please note swimming and using a swimming pool has its inherent risks. Renting a private villa with a pool means there will be no lifeguard present and as such you would be fully responsible for your, or your children’s behaviour. Therefore, it is important that if you rent a villa with a swimming pool, that you and the rest of your party do not put yourselves at risk by using the pool unsafely. For example, swimming alone, or under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Thank you for your review, it is very much appreciated when I receive feedback. I acted on your comments immediately, but wanted to confirm after meeting with the owner at the end of the season, that the changes needed have been met. An electrician was called and checked all electrics. New lights were installed around the pool. The fridge freezer is now working as it should be. The WIFI supplier is being changed in April 2020 to CYTA, the main Internet provider in Cyprus with a TV package installed which should give the best connection possible. The cleaning will be personally managed by the Property Manager. I am instructed to view and update/add anything to ensure the villa is brought up to the standard I feel would give the comforts that other villas offer on my books. Thank you again, regards, Jo.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
