Location: Alexandros 4 villa is set in a fantastic location on the seafront, right in the heart of Protaras, the best location for exploring this beautiful resort and especially the golden sand beaches with their clear calm and warm waters found only a 2 minutes walk away from the Villa. Protaras bay beach or Fig Tree bay beach is generally the most well known beach in the area. This famous and extremely popular beach is just a two minute walk from the Villa. Water-skiing, diving, snorkelling, fishing, para-sailing, banana boat rides, windsurfing, etc. as well as horse riding are all available nearby. The main Protaras strip is a leisurely 5-minute walk away, with its restaurants, bars and shops plus its lively nightlife.

Accommodation & Facilities: The villa is ideally suited for families seeking for a relaxing vacation. The Villa's sitting room has a corner sofa, latest technology High Definition smart TV, Blu Ray player and a coffee table in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, cooker and oven (Miele) and plenty of crockery, glasses and utensils; Dining area has seating for six. One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor, it has a double bed and comes with it's own en-suite bathroom. There are two further en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, one of them features a double bed, and another one is twin-bedded.

There is also a big balcony with spectacular views on the first floor. All bed linen and bath towels are provided for your use. The villa covers an area of 1200 sq meters, it has a big landscaped garden and a huge swimming pool (17m x5 m) with Jacuzzi. It also features a terrace with spectacular views over the nearby shoreline, it has an outside table and 8 chairs – perfect for breakfast or evening dining and drinks. Outside lounge areas also include stone-built BBQ and beautifully finished granite bar with stool chairs. There is free and unlimited wireless internet access at the villa, you can even enjoy your Netflix shows on our brand new TV set, even a fax is also provided for your use if you need it.

Most probably this is the most exclusive villa in the Protaras Area, with its huge garden area, a swimming pool of the size found in the nearby hotels, its outdoor bar and sporting an extravagant yet simplistic style as well as being in the most private location, this is the Villa you want to spend your holiday with your friends or family!

How do damage deposits work?
