Apartment Daniella is beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard and there are excellent amenities close by. You can relax from the moment you arrive and feel at home immediately. After busy days spent exploring the area, take a dip in the pool, and then, what better way to start your evening by relaxing on the terrace with a chilled glass of wine.
The lounge provides a flat screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, an iPod docking station and free WiFi access. The apartment benefits from ceiling fans in all rooms and, if required, also offers the facility of air conditioning units. These are run independently from the main meter and we provide €20 worth of air conditioning per week for use during your stay. However, in the unlikely event that this is not sufficient for your needs, we do leave extra cards in the apartment that you may purchase and the cost for these is deducted from your Security Damage Deposit.
The luxury kitchen is well fitted with modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine.
Enjoy lazy days at the communal pool which is right on your doorstep. The pool is within a walled, garden area and is only accessible with an electronic swipe card. There are sunbeds and parasols available poolside for your use, as well as toilets and excellent shower facilities.
There are beach towels provided in the apartment for your convenience.
For the very young guests, we can provide a travel cot and high chair at no additional cost. Please request at time of booking. Other baby equipment is available for hire, but must be pre-booked.
Although the apartment will sleep 6 people, we do not recommend parties of 6 adults due to there being only one bathroom.
Please note that we do not accept single gender groups.

The Famagusta District
The Famagusta region is on the Eastern side of the island. Famagusta the town used to be the main holiday resort, but following the Turkish invasion in 1974, this has now become a ghost town and still lies within no-mans-land.
The resorts of Ayia Napa, Protaras, Pernera and Kapparis have developed and flourished since 1974 and are now the main holiday destinations on this side of the island.
There is an abundance of beautiful beaches all along the East coast and you are spoilt for choice. Miles and miles of soft sand and crystal clear turquoise waters await you. The waters are very calm and the beaches shelve gently into the sea making it safe for children and non-swimmers.
Most of the beaches offer water sports of every kind and sun beds & umbrellas are available for hire.
There is a book available for our guests in the apartment which gives details and directions to every beach and cove on the Eastern coastline.
Exploring the island from here is very easy as the motorway begins at Ayia Napa and from there you can drive to Larnaca, Limassol, Troodos Mountains, Paphos and the divided city of Nicosia.
A trip to the Turkish occupied North side of Cyprus is possible and you have to cross at a border control point, the nearest being at Vrysoulles which is approximately 15 minutes drive away. Please remember to take your passports to make the crossing. You also need extra insurance with your car rental company, so please check with them first.
Alternatively there are coach trips available to the North side and also day trips to many other places of interest.
There are many boat trips available from Paralimni and Ayia Napa harbours.
Waterworld is Europes largest themed waterpark and is situated just outside Ayia Napa. A great family day out with a huge choice of chutes, slides and water fun for everyone.
Protaras, Pernera and Kapparis are all holiday resorts of Paralimni municipality.
Paralimni is the largest town in the Famagusta region and offers visitors a contemporary blend of modern and traditional. Paralimni has experienced rapid growth in recent years from a rural farming community into a progressive town which now boasts an array of shops and restaurants. The main square retains its village feel and features cafes and three churches, the oldest dating from the 15th century. A place where old and new work in harmony.
Protaras is the largest and busiest resort and boasts miles of sandy beaches including the well known Fig Tree Bay. You will find an incredible choice of restaurants, bars and shops along the main strip. Night life is fun and noisy when the bars fill up and the music and entertainment is in full swing.
In the centre of Protaras is the 'Magic Dancing Waters' venue. This is an amazing show featuring water, lights and fire.
A 'must see' for the adventurous (and fit!) is a climb of 156 steps to Prophet Elias Church high above Protaras. It is well worth the climb as the views are spectacular. The trees surrounding the church are covered with messages/tributes/photos left by people for their loved ones who have passed away. It's very poignant and feels very spiritual.
The untouched nature area of Cape Greko lies between Protaras and Ayia Napa. The views from the top of the Cape are stunning and well worth a visit.
Kapparis is a small, friendly resort and also has a great choice of restaurants, bars and shops. There are two main beaches in Kapparis, the Malama Beach and Firemans Beach. Watersports are available at Malama Beach.
Next to Kapparis is Ayia Triada fishing shelter and a beautiful small bay with a lovely sandy beach. Overlooking the bay is a small picturesque church which makes for fantastic photos.

"A fantastic apartment, well presented with a family friendly layout."
From booking to arrival and throughout our stay, this holiday experience was a just what we wanted. The owner responded to email requests promptly with a warmth and customer focus that we've seldom experienced before. The apartment is a modern well presented property that worked for our small family (2 adults, 1 infant and 1 baby). The location is quiet but situated close enough to plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets for your needs. There is a detailed welcome pack provided at the property which points you to amenities and tourist destinations. Also available on request is a Grocery Pack, a nice touch which helped during that first 12-24hours. All in all a fantastic place to stay and somewhere we will no doubt return.
