“Absolutey Wonderful Villa”

Reviewed 23 Oct 2016

My Wife and I have just stayed at this wonderful villa.n We booked last minute and can honestly say that we thoroughly enjoyed the villa. Peaceful location with easy access to the surrounding area. The villa was spotless and the beds exceptionally comfy - wi fi and sky sports were an added bonus. I would certainly recommend the villa to anyone what great value as well. Mojito's down the road was fantastic but make sure that you are hungry as the home made chips are huge!! I would not recommend the Raj indian restaurant on the strip as it was overpriced and the same can be said about Wan Chai Chinese near Mojito's. The Greek food we had was excellent and we look forward to staying again. Thank you Mark and Kat for sharing your wonderful villa. Kind regards Colin & Sandra Jarvis

“Excellent family villa”

Reviewed 16 Aug 2016

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks and a fantastic, relaxing holiday. The villa is spacious, clean and well-equipped with everything you need. It's in a quiet location but near enough to walk to restaurants, bars and beaches and a bus stop is very close by. In the July heat what we loved most was the pool - a good size and depth, so perfect for playing ball, volleyball or just lounging around and cooling off. There are also a number of comfy sunbeds and 2 large umbrellas. The villa is well-managed as the booking process and taxi transfers all went smoothly and Alan cleaned our pool twice a week and was very helpful with lots of useful local information. The local restaurants offer great food at good prices. Favourites for us were Mojitos, Blue Spice and Alata. There were so many restaurants in Pernera we stayed there most evenings but in Protarus we had a lovely meal at Lemon Grass Pan Asian Restaurant which our teenage children voted was best meal of the holiday -well worth a visit, followed by great cocktails at Bliss, very close by. Like many other reviewers we did the Yellow Boat trip which seemed to be the best value boat trip in the area and would definitely recommend it. Three and a half hours on the boat with a number of swimming and snorkelling stops was perfect for our kids. We would also recommend the waterpark in Aya Napa if you have children; although it is quite expensive the park is huge with so many rides that it offers a full days entertainment. Beachwise, our favourite was Nissi Beach in Aya Napa - the water is shallow and crystal clear and there are lots of water sports on offer. It worked well for us as it is a lively beach with live music some days which appealed to our teenage children. The 101 bus takes you straight to Nissi Beach and the waterpark and you can catch this bus from the main road which is only a couple of minutes walk from the villa. All in all we had a brilliant holiday - loved the villa and really liked Pernera as it has all you need but near enough to Protaras for those who want a bit more life. We will definitely look to book again.

“Perfect Villa”

Reviewed 15 Jul 2016

We stayed at this perfect villa in July. From the moment we arrived after our transfer with Alan we were blown away. The villa has absolutely everything that you could possibly need. The pool was my favourite whereas the air conditioning in the bedrooms was my partners favourite. It really was like having your home on your holidays with you. The washer was a blessing and the fully equipped kitchen made staying in the evenings and eating a doddle. The villa is a five minute walk down to Pernera and a fifteen minute walk to the top of the strip in Protaras. Malmia is a local bar that does great bar food on the main road or for a lovely meal then go to Mojoto's in Pernera. We are hoping to return again next year with our family

“Brilliant Villa”

Reviewed 8 Jul 2016

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday staying in this fabulous villa. We know the area well having holidayed in previous years but have to say this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. It is spotlessly clean both inside and the outside pool area, and extremely well equipped. It and situated on a quiet estate of 18 villas. it is close to several beaches, Protaras being the largest and busiest, but there are beaches to suit all within walking distance. There are many restaurants, our favourites being Alati by the sea and Blue Spice. Finally if you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this is the villa for you. Thanks to Mark for letting us stay and we look forward to returning next year.

“Great Villa, home from home.”

Reviewed 13 Nov 2013

The villa was great, it had eveything you could possibly need. It was located a short walk away from the bars & restaurants of Pernera, so we didn't need to hire a car. Mark was very helpful, he organised a late check out and even the transfers to & from the airport. We arrived at the airport to be greeted by Alan who was great, nothing was too much trouble, he told us all about the area & places to go. We would definately recommend this villa and look forward to returning to Cyprus soon.

“Great Holiday in Lovely Villa”

Reviewed 5 Aug 2013

Recently stayed at this villa for 10 days and we all had a wonderful holiday. The weather was glorious and we made full use of the facilities, especially the pool and the BBQ. We visited lots of beaches which were all close by (although a car is needed to get to Nissi Beach) we either made use of the BBQ or took full advantage of some of the bars which were a stroll away. The villa had all the amenities as stated in its description and some that aren't mentioned i.e. safe. The villa even had PS2 games, magazines and DVDS which may be useful especially for children. We didn't use these though because we were too busy experiencing the restaurants and bars in Pernera and Protaras. If you fancy half a day's boat trip, give the yellow boat a try as it was only €10 each including a free drink and a number of swimming opportunities. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this villa as the whole party had a great stay. Just a shame we couldn't stay a little longer.

“Great Location”

Reviewed 27 Jul 2013

Villa has top class facilities. Location was fantastic, no need to hire a car, within easy walking distance of Pernera where you can find lovely restaurants with friendly staff. Also well worth the walk along the promenade to Protarus. Had a wonderful chilled out holiday here and would recommend to friends.

“Value for money”

Reviewed 14 Jun 2013

We have stopped in quite a few Villas in the Protaras and Pernera area. However I can categorically say this is the best equipped Villa both inside and out we have ever stayed in. My wife and I were with my daughter, her husband and 3 children. On arrival the Villa was very clean and we were provided with a nice welcoming pack. Outside there were more than sufficient sunbeds, seats and tables around the very private pool area. The location of the Villa is on a small cull de sac and is probably a 5 minute walk to the varied bars and restaurants in Penera. So it is a nice enough distance away from any passing tourist noise which is extremely relaxing during the day or for an evening barbecue. Mark was excellent in keeping in touch with us before the holiday and thank you for arranging our transfers and late departure. I would certainly recommend this Villa for any family who wishes to holiday in Pernera. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will certainly return.

“Highly recommended”

Reviewed 29 Sep 2012

Absolute pleasure to have stayed in such a lovely villa. The property is spacious, modern and tastefully furnished and is very well equipped to a high standard. We particularly liked the position of the villa/pool and sunbed area, as its not overlooked at the back and has the sun on it all day. A nice touch was the welcome pack, as it had everything we needed in it especially the wine! Within easy walking distance to bars, shops, beach and buses, which are a great and inexpensive way to get around if you don't have a car. Pernera and Portaras has a beautiful coastline and is so picturesque! the only problem for us was that there was not enough time to get to see more of this lovely Island, looks like we will just have to go back and see more. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.
