The kitchen dining area is equipped with modern appliances of a high specification including an eletric oven and halogen hob.

Two terraces, one front and rear, offering external dining and sunbathing throughout the day.
Thea Court has 2 good sized outdoor swimming pools which can be used between 7am and 9pm both have toilets,showers and changing rooms.
We cannot accept bookings of all male or female groups as Thea Court is a family/couples complex.
A non refundable deposit of £100 will be taken upon booking with remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
The above rates include usage of the air-conditioning (up to 100 electrical units per week)
A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £100 (GB) is required with all bookings. This is payable with the final payment and refunded within 7 days of your return (once the keys have been handed back), less any deductions for losses, damages or breakages as advised by our management agent.

The Famagusta District
Offering something for everyone, is only 15mins by car from the house. Having cleaned up its image in recent years Ayia Napa is now a more sophisticated, cosmopolitan, family friendly town with some excellent restaurants. If night-life is your thing, clubbing to the early hours is available along ‘the strip’ with taxis available to take you home. A huge water-park here provides a great day out for the kids and adults alike.
15mins by car is a local nature reserve of many square miles, this area makes for some excellent cycling and bird watching or an afternoon walk to take in the many picturesque views out to sea. A few minutes further on and you can witness the awesome sea caves. On your way back check out the lovely beach and bar at Konnos Bay.
The Protaras / Kapparis area
5 minutes drive from the apartment, Protaras has all the facilities one would expect of a family resort including plenty of restaurants and night-life. The excellent beach at Fig Tree Bay is definitely worth a look, as are the numerous water sports available. There are dive centres for exploring the crystal waters of the Med and mountain bike hire for those who want to explore the trails through the beautiful countryside.
A suburb of Protaras, Kapparis has all amenities of its own, all within walking distance of the apartment. There are numerous bars and restaurants which are universally excellent. With Greek, Cypriot, Itallian, Chinese available you'll never get bored of the choice on offer! Fireman’s Cove, the closest sandy beach, is less than a 10 minute stroll from the apartment (2mins by car) and is great place to sun and swim in the clear blue sea, or a starting point for a walk along the coast. The beach at Ayia Triada is also a favourite.
This local town, which is less than a kilometre from the house , will give you a taste of the real Cyprus. Watch the locals playing backgammon on the street corners, perhaps sample a local brew in a traditional taverna and take a walk around the centre and historic churches. Open all year round this is especially popular with winter visitors

Everything went so well the house is very easy to run, with 2 terraces you can easily find sun or shade. We had everything we needed inside washing machine and dishwasher etc so life was very easy and relaxed, we BBQ some evenings and the others we walked down to the local tavernas. The house is an easy walk down to the main street, where you can find all that you need for day to day, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, and other smaller shops. We hired a car so that we could explore and found plenty to fill the 2 weeks we were there. We looked forward to returning in the future.

"Just the job"
The best house on the complex. A peaceful haven to recharge the batteries and soak up the sun. Always somewhere to have sun or shade. Great location, walking distance to lovely beaches and shops, bars and restaurants. We'll definitely be back next year.
