Coralli spa residence are luxury apartments where guests can enjoy all the comforts of fully equipped self catering accommodation in an unbeatable location. The apartment is located on the mediterranean view block with fabulous uninterrupted sea views and is furnished in a modern style with a fully fitted kitchen. Comes with everything required for a fantastic self catering holiday.
This complex is ideally situated next to the award winning Fig Tree Bay and offers 2 swimming pools, landscaped gardens, tennis courts, gym, jacuzzi and sauna (gym & treatments payable locally).
The apartment has a private balcony off the main living area overlooking the pool and the sea with a fully opening patio door in the bedroom. It will adequately sleep 4 people with a sofa bed in addition to the double bedroom. All kitchen / dining equipment, linen, washing machine, dishwasher, DVD and Sony flat screen TV are also provided. Private Wifi is also provided within the apartment.
Coralli is perfectly positioned as the ideal base for your Protaras holiday with plenty of nearby restaurants, bars and cafe's, as well as shops and entertainment. For those looking to explore, the stunning Cape Greco national park area is a short drive away while the main resort of Ayia Napa with it's famous nightlife and waterpark is just 15 minutes away.
PLEASE NOTE: The resort is fully operational between Easter and October. Outside of these dates Protaras is considered as 'Out of Season' and the majority of shops and restaurants will be closed. The Cafe and Gym at the resort may also be closed but this is subject to the local owners operational hours locally.
The apartment is fully cleaned prior to your arrival. Mid stay cleaning is not provided unless requested at time of booking and is an additional charge.
20% of rental fee is due to secure booking. This deposit is non refundable. Balance of rental fee due 6 weeks before occupation along with a refundable security deposit. The owner can only respond to direct enquires about this particular apartment. If you have booked through an agent via another site that is not holiday lettings or trip advisor then please contact whomever you are booked with. The owner is not obliged to respond to any queries received on bookings not made for this apartment.
1. The named occupants at the start and on the booking are covered by your contract and Insurance. Permission MUST be sought on booking for this to be changed in any way.
2. The Housekeeping Company will inspect the property and check appliances before your stay.
3. Linen and towels will be provided for each stay. For any additional linen and for stays over 2 weeks, this can be provided at a cost of €20 and will be added to the cost of the booking as a long term additional charge.
4. Any persons found to be occupying the apartment that are not named in the contract will be reported and a charge required for them to remain.

The property is on the second floor overlooking the main pool and can be reached by stairs or lift. The front door of this luxury apartment opens into the main living area and has a fully fitted Italian style kitchen with granite worktops, dining area with seating for 4 people, and a comfortable lounge area with sofa bed and occasional table. A 26" Sony flat screen television and DVD player are also provided. Large, double glazed patio doors with full blinds open onto the balcony.
The double bedroom features a double bed with bedside table, large wardrobes with hanging and shelved space and has large double glazed patio windows with full blinds.
A washing machine and storage cupboards are housed within an alcove, that leads to the fully tiled shower room with smart white suite and chrome fittings.
All cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided. A key box is also provided outside for safe keeping of the key and ease of access for late night arrivals.
The Five Senses Spa, featuring wet and dry treatment rooms, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room is available to guests with charges payable locally.
Please note that WiFi access in the lobby area is available via the Cafe - but this is chargeable locally and is not related to the individual apartment in any way. Cafe Aroma is open in the lobby area of the complex serving hot and cold drinks, smoothies, cakes and sandwiches. The cafe is open 7 days a week (In Season) . Also note that these are private self catering apartments and not a hotel complex.

“Great place to stay”
Great one bedroom apartment. Very clean, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Light and airy Good air conditioning. Fabulous view of the sea from the balcony. Fairly quiet area, great sanctuary to come back to after spending time on the busy and noisy main strip. Transfers offered very reliable

What can you say about this apartment but just Wow! The Apartment has everything you need and more even a washing machine! The view of the sunrise from your bed is wonderful and the pool area is very good too. The location of the apartment is ideal close enough to the main strip but far enough away from it with the late night bar noise. We hired a quad bike from the local guy for €100 euros for 2 days and it was great to get out and see other part of the island and hidden coves for more sea swimming You won't be disappointed choosing this apartment it has the best view of the sea I've ever stayed in, a brilliant location for whatever type of holiday you want. Ideal for couples and families , Jade organised transfers which was a very reasonable price which was great as we arrived quite late it included a meet and greet and a stop of at the supermarket if you need any essentials on the 1st night (although there was water and coffee in the apartment) Look forward to returning to this magical island next year

“Very nice apartment, excellent view....”
This is a very nice one bedroom apartment in a modern building just a few steps from the sea... It is very well preserved while it can easily accommodate a couple with one kid. It also has excellent views to the sea and a nice clean big pool. What i would just recommend to the owners is to put some curtains to the bedroom, since although there blinds, due to east location of the bedroom, light enters in the bedroom in the morning....

“Gorgeous Apartment, very close to Protaris strip and right beside the sea”
I had a lovely time in Coralli Spa, the apartment is very modern, clean and comfortable. The owners left out items like coffee sachets, bottles of water, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, etc which meant I didn't have to buy these things. Also, the owners have a huge selection of good movies there if you fancy watching a movie. It's a nice quiet complex and getting a sun lounger around the pool is easy. I stayed there by myself and felt very safe and secure for anyone traveling alone. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and the owners arranged a transfer back to the airport for me by a lovely man called Gary. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. “Nice, clean and quiet.”
Our visit was off season so most restaurants were closed. Apartment was adequate, comfortable and clean, lovely sea view from the balcony, overall only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable, especially with a plastic sheet covering the mattress! Complex itself was very clinical and soulless, however that may just have been the time of year.

Coralli Spa is great for a lovely holiday rental apartment. We (myself and my boyfriend) stayed for a week at the end of August 2012. We arrived at Larnaca Airport in the early hours of the morning and were greeted by Gary who was ready and waiting to take us to our apartment. He was very chatty and although at night, informed us and gave us a little tour of the area to help familiarise ourselves with Protaras. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The essentials like water, milk, tea and coffee were all provided for us to see us through the first night...a much appreciated gesture!! From the apartment we had spectular views of Fig Tree Bay. Infact, you can sit in bed and see out over the water too. Bliss!! Although it is a short walk onto the main street/strip where the majority of restaurants and bars etc are located, we enjoyed the stroll and preferred to be in a quieter part. The pool and all facilities at Coralli are brilliant...the spa is very nice and if budget allowed, I would have had every treatment!! I hope we get to visit again sometime.
I have just come back from a very enjoyable stay at Apartment 217. Jade made the booking very easy and even arranged our tranfers from the airport with Gary which I would definitely recommend! He was a pleasure to talk to and was very helpful indeed. The apartment is clean, spacious, and provides everything you could possibly need for your stay! Even a DVD player for the cloudy days! Fig Tree Bay and the main Protaras strip is only a 10 minute walk from Coralli. I would definitely recommend Coralli to my family and friends!
“Recommended place to stay”
Firstly Jade was helpful with the stay by sending all necessary details about the appartment and organising a pick up from the airport via Gary at G&B Key holder Services. Secondly Gary was great, on time, a joy to talk to on the journey and helpful on arrival to the appartment showing where everything was and providing tea, coffee and milk to start us off. Other people in the appartments had problems getting their keys, but this was all taken care of here. Then the appartment was lovely with everything you need including dvd's, games, magazines, but the best bit was the view from the balcony. The appartment block itself was well equiped and is only a 5 minute walk into town so also well located and just far enough from the main busy area for a more peaceful stay. We would recommend this place to anyone even out of season when we went.
“Lovely apartment in a beautiful location”
I stayed at the Coralli Spa Resort for 4 nights with my boyrfriend in October this year before travelling to a friends wedding in Limassol. The apartment is clean, bright, modern and well-equipped, and is more than sufficiently spacious for a couple. The pool area is lovely and although we didn't use the spa it was nice to know we had the option. We were collected from Larnaca airport by the property manager Gary. I'd recommend this as the cost of the transfer was comparable and he helpfully gave us a brief tour of the local area before seeing us into the property. The complex is located approximately 5-7 minutes walk from the main strip, which has a decent selection of restaurants alongside the typical array of English themed pubs! But perhaps more importantly it's set right on the coast offering beautiful views of the Med. The famous Fig Tree Bay is a few minutes walk in the same direction as the town centre, however we found it to be pretty crowded, even in October, and preferred to head in the opposite direction where we found some gorgeous and virtually empty beaches. My one caveat was that the lights around the pool are fairly bright at night so even with the blinds we found it difficult to nod off. But an eye mask would easily remedy this! Overall we had a very relaxing stay and I'd recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a bit of autumn/winter sun.
