This contemporary one bedroomed south-facing first floor apartment has partial sea views and private balcony; with all the facilities you would expect from a luxury development. Facilities include:- washing machine, dishwasher, Italian style kitchen, air con, digital safe, private parking, two pools within landscaped gardens, luxury spa facilities with sauna, steam room, gym, & treatments, business centre, childrens playroom and on-site Aroma cafe bar open early til late serving drinks & snacks with wifi access and pool table. This apartment sleeps 4 people.

The complex is perfectly positioned being only minutes away to nearby restaurants, bars and cafes as well as shops and entertainment. Fig Tree Bay Beach is only a ten minute stroll around the picturesque headland.

It is located in the Mountain View Block of the complex situated to the rear of the Med view block. Coralli Spa is one complex comprised of two blocks with shared facilities and is positioned enviably next to the beautiful Fig Tree Bay. B103 has partial sea views and views of the local villas.

Once booked, all guest details will be passed to our property manager who will provide full arrival information. Airport transfers can also be arranged from Larnaca airport to Coralli Spa Resort. Cots and high chairs etc can be hired for the duration of your stay. Please enquire at time of booking. Free WIFI is now available at the apartment along with British, Greek & Russian TV channels. Our property manager Simon, is on hand 24/7 for any queries, issues or emergencies which may arise during your stay. The apartment will be cleaned and prepared for arrival and again on departure.

I have informed all my guests that have booked and been upfront about noise levels and progress (as best as I can living in the UK and not experiencing it first hand). How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carol (the owner) a message.

If Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
