Luxurious one bedroomed, 5 star apartment, overlooking the Mediterranean sandy shores of Protaras. Features include fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioning, private parking and safety deposit box in apartment. Two pools within landscaped gardens. Beachfront access, five minutes from Protaras centre. Wonderful sea and mountain views. On-site coffee/snack bar with Wi-fi access. Five senses Spa/Massage/gym facility, Business Centre and Childrens playroom, table football and pool table.

The entrance of this luxury apartment opens into the main living area, comprising fully fitted Italian style kitchen with granite worktops, dining area with seating for 4 people, and a very comfortable lounge area with sofa bed. A 26" flat screen television, satellite TV and DVD player is provided. Large, double glazed patio doors with full blinds open onto the veranda area which has the sun from mid afternoon onwards.

The double bedroom features a queen-sized bed with bedside table, dressing table and wall mirror and has large double glazed patio windows with full blinds.

A washing machine and storage cupboards are housed within an alcove, that leads to the fully tiled shower room with smart white sanitary ware and chrome fittings.

The property benefits from 2 large outdoor swimming pools with furnished seating/sunbathing areas and a children's pool within extensively landscaped gardens with lush tropical foliage and direct access to the beach.
Wireless high-speed internet access is available in the lobby areas.

The Five Senses Spa, featuring wet and dry treatment rooms, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

“Ideal!”

We stayed here at the very end of August, and what a lovely place it is! The complex is very modern and clean, just like the apartment itself. It has everything you need, and is cleaned once a week. We have absolutely no negatives about the accommodation. It's located a little off the strip and took us around 10 minutes to walk there at a leisurely pace. This is ideal if you don't want to be stuck right in the middle of everything as there's no noise keeping you awake. Protaras itself is absolutely wonderful, and has something for everyone. From your modern bars to your traditional British pubs, there's always something going on. Our particular favourite places were Eden square (a little square with restaurants), koi (a beautiful Japanese restaurant which is part of capo bay... Very romantic and chilled) and of a day the fig tree bay restaurant was ideal! The beaches are beautiful with lots of beds (only £2.50 each) and plenty of watersports going in... As well as the opportunity to go scuba diving. I definitely recommend Coralli spa and protaras to anyone.. Old or young (ayia napa is just around the corner for those who love a crazy night out!) so there is definitely something for everyone.

Stayed here with 3 friends, apartment slept all four of us comfortably. kitchen kitted out with all equipment and very clean on arrival. The pool was quiet most of the days athough we did save our sunbeds with towels the night before, to ensure we had a bed! Great location to the strip of bars/restaurants (literally 5-7 minute walk). Fig Tree bay approx 10 minutes walk away. Great holiday, apartment in a brilliant location and would definately recommend anyone to stay here!

My fiancee and I stayed in this apartment over the period 28th June to 4th July 2012. We would like to openly state that this holiday was one of our best ever. Both the complex and apartment are spotless, smartly decorated and furnished to a high standard. The complex is in an enviable position and is locarted only 6 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay, and a tiny bit more to an abundance of good quality restaurants and bars. If you are looking for a high quality apartment in a top complex then look no further. We are going to book again for this apartment once our next leave is confirmed. Very highly recommended.
