This Brand New contemporary villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and with a variety of bars, restaurants and shops close-by, this is great central location for getting around without the need for a car. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect self-catering stay.

The villas open plan layout, combining living room, kitchen and dining area really makes the most of the space. For your enjoyment there is also a widescreen TV with full satellite channels and free WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and the modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances, as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to the landscaped garden, BBQ and pool area outside.

There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which have balconies with lovely views. The master double bedroom has a double bed plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a built in barbecue area with a worktop, sink and seating area perfect for outdoor dining, sun loungers and a large private pool.

The ideal 5 star villa, in a peaceful location, yet close to the beach, perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing and tranquil break.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
