A delightful two bedroom apartment in a quiet family-friendly apartment complex near the traditional villages of Kapparis and Paralimni and close to the vibrant towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa. Ideally situated to enjoy the tranquility of Cyprus while being near enough to enjoy all the fun and adventure that this beautiful island has to offer. This makes the apartment ideal for both families and couples, those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday or those looking to party the night away in the nearby towns.

Fully air-conditioned and tastefully decorated, the apartment has a 32" TV, PS2, iPod dock and DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen means you can cook up a storm if you wish, and the larger than normal private patio area is ideal for BBQ's and sunbathing. The lounge has patio doors that open up to the patio, and the outside area is fully fenced with a gate so is great for letting young children play.

The master bedroom features a double bed, dressing table with mirror, fitted wardrobes, a hairdryer, and comes with a sea view. The second bedroom has twin single beds, a mirror, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Both are air-conditioned. A comfortable sofa bed in the lounge means that you can accommodate up to 6 persons if required.

The superior complex facilities include a swimming pool and child's pool with showers and changing rooms (accessed only by those staying at Panorama Village), a well-equipped gym, a hard surface tennis court and a sheltered designated parking space should you decide to rent a car. For those looking for total relaxation and preferring to stay close to home, everything you need is here.

The apartment will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival and fresh linen and towels will be provided - please bring you own beach towels. There is a washing machine and clothes line provided but mid-stay cleans and linen/towel changes can be arranged for a small charge. Sorry, no smoking or pets are allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is only 45 minutes from Larnaca airport, and 2 hours from Pafos. While further away it is often worth considering Pafos as the flights are sometimes cheaper. Pick-up from Larnaca airport can be arranged if required at an additional cost. Car hire is generally good value and easy to arrange on the Island and hiring a car is recommended in order to make the most of your stay and explore the surrounding areas. Banks and ATM's and exchange houses are in all of the nearby towns.

It's a short walk to a local supermarket and fantastic bakery and a family beach is less than 10 minutes walk away. And if you require public transport, a bus stop that can take you to most local destinations is situated nearby.

A 10 minute drive from the apartment; Protaras can offer you beautiful white sandy beaches with crystal clear water, including the famous Fig Tree bay. There is an excellent selection of restaurants, cocktail bars, al fresco eateries, nightclubs and excellent entertainment for families. Also nearby is the very picturesque Cape Greko with its fascinating sea caves and excellent nature trails.

Just 15 minutes drive from the apartment, Ayia Napa can offer you vibrant night life, an excellent water-park, beautiful Nissi beach, water sports and boat cruises and a great selection of restaurants serving a good selection of international and local cuisine.

5 minutes drive from the apartment brings you to Paralimni Village can offer you an opportunity to explore a traditional village including a beautiful old orthodox church, boutique shops and a town square with some excellent cafes, it's an ideal place to sit, relax, people watch and enjoy the Mediterranean pace of life.

Kapparis, also just 5 minutes by car, can offer you traditional British pubs, some excellent 5 star restaurants including a top-notch selection on the famous Kennedy Avenue.

Lovely clean apartment very spacious , close to all amenities and to the sea , the property management company were always on call if needed .. Maybe instructions should have been more clear on where to find the apartment when we arrived but everything was lovely .. Wifi should be considered though
