Description

Located 7 blocks from centro in Progreso, 150 meters from the beach.

Rent the whole house, or just a room.

This is a Bed and Breakfast style accommodation, with breakfast being served in the Cozy Comida Cafe based on menu prices. We have 3 deluxe rooms and 1 basic room available for rent, all with air conditioning, some rooms are cooled by a fresh sea breeze.

Spend some time on the large front balcony enjoying the ocean view and cool sea breeze or cool off in our 7 by 3 meter swimming pool.

The ocean is a short one block away and is great for a morning walk or stroll the 7 blocks into centro and check out the market in this authentic Mexican town.

The following are our seasons:

High season: Samana Santa, July, August, Christmas, January, February, March, April

Low Season May, June, September, October, November, early December.

Bedroom #1 - Ocean Room, with sea view, is on the second floor with the balcony right outside your door. King Size Bed, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV and air conditioning.

High Season is $75 US per night and $500 per week

Low Season is $45 US per night

Bedroom #2 - Cuarto del Sol, is cooled by the sea breeze and is only steps away from the balcony on the second floor. This is a quiet brightly decorated room at the back of the house. King size bed, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, and flat screen TV.

High Season is $69 US per night and $420 per week

Low Season is $39 Us per night

Bedroom #3 - Jungle Room, is a large quiet family room on the ground floor. It has two matrimonial beds, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV and air conditioning. It is also very dark at night for sleeping.

High Season is $67 US per night and $390 per week

Low Season is $35

There is an extra $ 12 US charge per additional person. Mexican Families: Sleeps up to 8 people.

As this site is formatted to rent an entire home, I will need to send you a specific invoice for your rental inquiry. I do my best to keep the calendar updated and it is best to inquire if the rooms are available for your dates.

We provide daily room cleaning and laundry services at $100 pesos per load. The entire house has Wi-Fi which is free.

Breakfast and Lunch

We serve a full American style breakfast which is included in your room price.

Lunch

The Cozy Comida Cafe has lunch offerings which include soups, salads, and other international food specials.

Dinner

Thursday, Friday, Saturday at 5:30pm dinner is available in our restaurant, Saboreando Comida India. We are the only Indian restaurant in the Yucatan and according to our guests the food is excellent.

Both restaurants are licensed.

House rules

Pets are allowed the Jungle Room and the Pina Room which are both on the main floor.

Smoking is not allowed in our rooms, however you can smoke on the upstairs balcony and in the seating area by the pool.

The pool is open from 9am to 10pm.

How do damage deposits work?
