Self catering two bedroom accommodation in St. Andrew's House, Ayrshire KA9 1UH. Spacious accommodation in a hansom Georgian house, at the heart of Prestwick Holiday Park. The apartment can be booked in conjunction with The North Wing of the house, for groups up to 10 people. Prestwick Holiday Park is a peaceful relaxing park, with a lively pub and a restaurant. The Park and house are set between Old Prestwick and Royal Troon championship golf courses. (The birth place of The Open). The self catering apartment is fully equipped and ample carparking and sea views to the front of the property. It has access to two sandy beaches for kite surfing and kayaking. It is adjacent to the National Cycle Route 7 & Ayrshire Coastal Walking Path 7. Amazing Ayrshire sunsets in the west over the Mountain of Goatfell, on the Island of Arran.

The South Wing apartment is on the first floor of St. Andrew's House and comprises king size bedroom, twin bedroom, lounge with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet and shower room. Supplied with crisp white bed linen and towels.

(The South Wing can be booked in conjunction with The North Wing of the House which has 3 bedrooms. The North Wing is on the first floor, entrance through the main front door of the property. It has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, lounge, kitchen dinner, family bathroom).

St. Andrew's House is perfectly situated to explore the castles and history of Ayrshire, Arran and the Islands. Our neighbors Royal Troon and Old Prestwick, are two of three championship golf course in the area. Its also a great base for The International Bowling Championship and the Tennis Championships held at Prestwick.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the rental price. The office on The Park is open 10am to 5pm. The owner is available for any minor issues that may arise. During holiday season, there is a resident bar, at the gable end of the mansion, which can be used by the guests. It is a quiet and informal bar, with minimum noise disturbance, TV, pool table, a blazing fire and a warm welcome.

How do damage deposits work?

If Arthur (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
