This two bedroom duplex apartment is within easy reach of Preston train station, a 5 minute walk from the city centre, and less than a 10 minute drive from the M6 motorway.The property has good road links and is located on the main A59 link to Junction 31 of the M6. There is also a large supermarket opposite the apartment.Situated within a historic Grade II listed building this spacious apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.The living area of the apartment features an 42 inch flat screen TV with a DVD player and a Hi-Fi/stereo and Playstation. The apartment has one full bathroom and an en-suite with a shower.A welcome pack is provided upon arrival and free on-site parking is provided.Cot bed can also be provided.Minimum 3 night booking. Free WIFI provided for the duration of your stay.

**Can sleep total of 6 guests via 2 foldaway beds. There will be a extra charge of £10 pppn if more than 4 guests.**
