Firstly, please note that we operate *deep-cleaning with anti Coronavirus materials*

This is a lovely cosy quiet, very private cottage, entirely self-contained with its own carport. The Superking bed is very comfortable. There is also a double sofa bed, a single bed and a cot.

The place is newly refurbished and is modern and light, with a touch of vintage.. It has a quaint little entrance porch, a Guests Private Terrace, Wifi, Smart tvs to main room and to the bedroom too. The bathroom has a good-sized shower. The floor is a very attractive solid and pale oak wood. Everyone who has stayed here seems to love it, and I have many repeat visitors, please see my reviews.

There are books on the bookshelf and 2 fresh dressing gowns, various bathroom products, throws and slippers.

There is a combi-microwave with grill and conventional oven and a 2-ring electric hob. There is a kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The kitchen surfaces are made of beautiful granite.

I always leave a few items for your breakfast such as my delicious home-made muesli and a loaf. I also always leave a new carton of milk, butter, jams, biscuits and fruit!

I can offer Afternoon Tea for your arrival, please let me know ahead and I'll let you know the cost of this delicious assortment of sandwiches and cakes.

Some of the 'mod cons' include: combi microwave/ grill/ oven, toaster, 2-ring hob, coffee, tea and milk, hairdryer, hangers, iron and ironing board and shower gel and lots of bathroom products for your use. Oh yes and there are always 2 fresh dressing gowns available. There is an optional pull-down blackout blind and curtain to ensure a good night's sleep in the massive Superking bed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Diane (the owner) a message.

If Diane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
