A lovely 19th Century stone cottage in the semi-rural village of Prenteg on the southern edge of the Snowdonia National Park. 10 minutes from Porthmadog, Portmerrion and Steam railway. 20 mins from Snowdon.The cottage has recently undergone a full refurbishment and is fitted with modern comforts and heating, but retains its period charm.The cottage has one large room downstairs with a fully fitted kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Stone fireplace with log burning stove. Electric hob, oven and fridge.Upstairs there is a double bedroom fitted with a double bed and a single bedroom with bunks and a full size pull out under-bed. Ideal for small walking groups, or a family or 4 or 5.Good size private garden to rear, with table and chairs.Ample free Parking available a short distance from the house.
