Nestled on the sunny Premeno hillside, this modern ‘wow factor’ retreat with private lake view terrace sets the scene for carefree, grown-up lake breaks.

Inside, the well-equipped holiday apartment offers a unique curved living room with floor-to-ceiling picture windows overlooking the majestic year-round back drop of Lake Maggiore. A stunning ceiling lends an exotic feel to the room, which is full of natural light, with an easy-going flow inviting the outdoors in. A comfy sofa, ambient fireplace and Sky TV with DVD player offer the perfect cosy setting for out-of-season stays, whilst doors lead directly out onto the sunny and expansive lake view terrace. Furnished with a pair of sun loungers and alfresco dining area, the private curved terrace sets the scene for summertime fun. Next to the living space is a scenic lake view dining area and a small well-equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine. Two spacious couple-friendly double bedrooms are further accompanied by a contemporary fitted bathroom suite with shower.

The 3rd floor penthouse features in a striking 3-storey residence with private street parking below (reached via 100 external steps). Please note that due to the elevated position of the private terrace and these external steps, the home is unsuitable for children and the elderly.

From its unique, lake view setting amongst greenery, a local nearby golf club and choice of hiking routes can be enjoyed, as well as the nearby visitor delights and resort amenities of Verbania and Intra (24-25 minutes’ drive away).

Trinità di Ghiffa’ (32 minutes’ drive away) offers the perfect dose of escapism in the great outdoors. For those looking to explore Lake Maggiore for the day, the car-passenger ferry stop in Intra is 24 minutes’ drive away.
