A spacious 2 bedroom air conditioned apartment with pool just minutes from the waterfront and situated in a tranquil uphill location in the historic Venetian village of Prcanj & minutes by car outside of Kotor Old Town.

It has a private balcony with ample room for alfresco dining whilst taking in the stunning sea and mountain views and watching the yachts cruising into the ancient pedestrianised walled town of Kotor. Dining on balcony by night is particularly impressive. A 5 min walk (500 mts) downhill will take you to the waterfront, bathing pontoons (in main picture), small pebble beach, bars/ restaurants as per photos & a minimarket for fresh breads daily. A scenic 5 min stroll further along the waterfront will take you to the post office, bakery, bars and restaurant. This comfortable apartment is one of a small development of only 6 apts and is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, TV, DVD player MP3 doc, Dvds, books, polished oak floors, kitchen with full cooker & dishwasher. Shower room with double shower heads, wc, basin & washing machine. Full length windows/doors in all rooms offering one of the best sea/mountain views in Prcanj. Bedrooms are also fitted with insect mesh blinds ...a real bonus according to our guests.

Pool available from mid May to mid October.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Morah (the owner) a message.

If Morah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
