Bought and furnished primarily for personal use, Beach Balcony is available for holiday lettings. Ideal for family or golfing groups (you can watch family/friends on the beach from Beach Balcony) this is a great place for a relaxing stay; the Praia D'el Rey Championship golf course, spa, lovely sandy beach, tennis academy and children's activity centre are just some of the onsite attractions.
A designer luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment in the best location at Praia D'el Rey with fantastic views across the Atlantic Ocean as far as the Berlengas Islands. Photos do not give the 'wow factor' one gets from being there. Heated swimming pool exclusively for residents use and every modern amenity in the apartment for easy living - dine in style while you watch the sunset and see the moon rise over the rolling Atlantic waves.

Beach Balcony is located in the Vila da Praia (Beach Village in Portuguese) part of the resort; an area of cobbled squares, fountains, gardens, stunning ocean views and several swimming pools. It is one of the best two bedroom apartments at Praia D'el Rey and so it is not surprising we get great reviews and have a number of guests who return time after time.

“Fantastic beachside penthouse apartment”
It is 1 hour and 5 minutes by car from Lisbon airport to this beachside apartment at Praia Del Rey. With every minute and every mile the stress departs, and the pleasure builds as we make an annual return to this fantastic apartment in a superb setting. We tend to go in late Feb or early March, glorying in the empty pristine Atlantic beaches, the bright sun, the Spring gales, the good food in the best restaurants. And at the end of each day we know we can return to the apartment to take in the sunset over the Berlenga islands with the surf below and the log fire behind. Highly recommended in every way, both the location and the apartment.
