The apartment of 41m2, right in the city center, with one bedroom, and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people is on the 3d floor with elevator. It is ideal for 2-4 persons.
Fully renovated in 2012, the apartment with really high ceiling (3.60m) has 2 beds in the first room and a sofa bed in the second. The bathroom, separate WC and fully furnished kitchen are new.

The apartment is located in an historical building, in the city center, straight on the beautiful Prague square of Peace Namesti Miru. It is one of the most lively and friendly square of Prague, with his park, his beautiful Neogothic Church Saint Ludmila, his regular markets (among which a Christmas market from the first week of December), his monumental Theater of Vinohrady. It is also brightly lit at night. The neighborhood is also rich of various restaurants, bars, shops, theater, night club.... Night owls can be sure their time will not be wasted, and you will experiment the best Czech atmosphere!

On the ground-floor, a newly opened restaurant offers high quality meals with fresh products (Czech and international cuisine): as our guests, you will have a 10% discount. Also, if you are too tired to go out, you can order your meal, and it will delivered directly to your apartment.

For public transport, the nearest metro (Green line A) or tram station is 25m far from the apartment.
As the apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Prague tourist center, there is no need to use public transport. Many sights are in walking distance.
You can either take a 5-7-minutes walk to the Wenceslas Square or go by underground - 2 minutes (1 station). You can go by underground - 4 - 7 minutes (2 - 3 station) to the Old Town.
Metro are open until 00.30 and tram run all night.

Main equipment: hairdryer, iron, wifi, washing machine.

Do not hesitate to ask for added services, like airport transfer, guarded car park... It's also possible to park on Francouska street at the corner.

“In line with our expectations!”

I booked this nice flat for a Bachelor Party, we were 10 persons. There's space, 2 bathrooms, 2 big bedrooms with several beds (single & double beds), and a kitchen with an oven. This flat is located not far away from the Muzeum, Wenceslas Square. Facing bus stops + Subway station : so easy for moving across the city. Documentations about the city are available in the apartment, and the owner advised us for sightseeing and shows himself available for any query. I recommend this flat :)
