Description

The bright and spacious apartment is newly renovated and has a comfy and warm home feeling. Just steps away to major shopping center with all major trams and Metro. Located in walking distance to sites as Petrin Park, Dancing House, Old Town with Charles Bridge and many more....

Apartment is a large airy and comfortable Apartment with 115 metres square on the second floor with a lift.

The apartment has two bedrooms a cozy living room and kitchen with all facilities. Our guests have access to a small balcony from the kitchen. The bathroom, which is en suite to one bedroom and also accessed separate and toilet are separate. The Apartment also has a large hall that joins all the rooms. It is ideal for singles, couples and families of all sizes.

My family and I live in the same building, if anything is needed we will be right there for you, but always respecting your privacy.

The Apartment is located close to the center of Prague which is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by tram too the famous Charles Bridge, the surroundings of the Castles and National Theater. The river Vltava is a short walk away with the famous Dancing House. The Novy Smichov shopping mall is a short walk away and has many shops including a large Tesco store, restaurants, cinemas and a bowling alley it is open 7 days a week. There is free parking in front of the building or secured parking (fee) only a few meters away. There are many parks in the surrounding area. Also the apartment is 2 tram stops from the tower on Petrin hill ( also known as the Eiffel tower of Prague ) We recommend a visit here to all our guests as the view of the city from the top of the tower is simply stunning.

The access to public transportation is excellent. All major trams and the metro B line are only a few meters away. Parking on the road is free, no restricted area. The area is quiet and very safe. But a payed parking lot is near by if wished.

Time from airport: 20 min Taxi (we can arrange a transfer for you)

Please let us know, if you would need a different sleeping arrangement, for instance single beds, baby bed or anything else like high chairs ect

“Incredible stay”

What an amazing stay. The apartment was within easy walking distance of Charles Bridge - 20 mins slow pace, walking along the river with plenty of places for food/drink en route. Before leaving home I received a telephone call from Zeki confirming he had booked a large taxi for 5 of us, the exact cost and where the driver would be. On arrival at the apartment Zeki was there to meet us and show us where everything was. Initially is said there were 2 double beds, but I had asked if there were any twin bedded apartments and by return I was assured we would have 5 twin beds, which is what we had - with so much room there was plenty of space for another couple of single beds with room to spare. The apartment was so comfortable, easy chairs, a huge settee in the lounge, a fully fitted kitchen with lovely dinner service - not a mis-match of crockery, coffee maker, fridge, microwave - absolutely everything we needed. There was even a washer/drier had we been staying longer. If we needed a larger taxi all we had to do was ring Zeki and he sorted it for us. Our flight didn't leave until 8.20pm no problem Zeki offered to let us stay in our apartment until 5.00pm and then, because he was expecting guests arriving later, asked us if we minded moving to another apartment until our taxi came at 6.00pm - what fantastic service. I can't thank him enough for his helpfulness. The apartment was an absolute credit to him, spotlessly clean, ultra comfortable. The only downside - if I was to be really picky - was the street noise if you have your windows open. For me absolutely no issue as my house is on a main road, but for anyone living on a quiet road you may be more aware BUT this is no way should put you off - I think you will have a long long way to go to find anything as nice as here - certainly beats the apartments in Rome / Paris we have stayed in. Thank you so much Zeki, we will be back around the same time next year. Just a note to any would-be travellers beware big time of the taxi drivers you get on the streets - the company Zeki used - yellow and black ones- charged 200 k from the castle to the apartment, we were getting one for a shorter journey we hailed and fortunately asked the price and was told between 600 & 800 kr. So many locals warned us to check the price first as this is one of the biggest scams for tourists in Prague.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zeki (the owner) a message.

If Zeki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
