This new modern two-room apartment on the top with a view of Prague is the perfect refuge after your busy day in this beautiful and exciting city. Here you can relax again and then set off for Prague with new adventures that are very close to you.

My home is your home. Please enjoy it and treat it as your own. If you are not sure about something or need help, feel free to contact us.

No smoke in the apartment, please use any terrace for it. There we prepared sitting and ashtray for you. (You have two terrace with nice city view – one next bedroom and other one next living room).

“Great apartment in a quiet location with easy access into City.”

In a quiet location, with excellent transport links into Prague. Trams stop within a few minutes walk. A small selection of nice restaurants in the area and a mini market just below. The apartment is situated in a well kept, secure building. It is well equipped, even washing up liquid, cleaning products toilet rolls etc were provided. The hostess Katerina, spoke very good English and was very helpful. Would definitely stay again and would not hesitate to to recommend. Prague is a wonderful City and should be on everyones bucket list. Tip - good walking shoes!

A great apartment, not right in the middle of the city so not too noisy. The apartment itself is smart and modern, clean with fantastic views. There is secure underground parking which is a great bonus. Entrance to parking is about 2.2m. We had boats on the roof so had to take them off to get in but was easily done. There is a lift to the apartment from the car park level and the car space is right by the lift. Level access on car park level and apartment. Has two balconies one / at front and at back. Tram stop on the corner giving easy access to city, plus buses and metro nearby. It is possible to walk into the city, took us about an hour strolling, and the same the other way to the zoo and white water course. Mini market on ground floor of apartment block. Supermarket and post office 10 mins walk a bit hard to find as hidden by a large walled area, but head for the river to the left as you come out of the apartment building, follow the river to the right, you will go past a walled area on the right next to an outdoor market. It's next to the market. I wouldn't recommend the market it's full of fake items. But the supermarket is good and cheap. The winner Ekaterina is lovely! P.s. the bins are on level -1 of the car park. Will definitely be back. Prague is an amazing city!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Katerina (the owner) a message.

If Katerina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
