Our beautiful studio is located in one of the most popular city's areas.

Everything is close:

Metro, bus or tram station is just a few minutes walk.

Downtown reachable within a walking distance.

Five-star shopping center Novy Smichov offering a great selection of brands, wonderful restaurants as well as cinema multiplex is just around the corner.

A beautiful Mrazovka park with Bertramka museum (home of Wolfgang A. Mozart) or an ice skating ring are next door.

Parking is available on the street in front of the house at no charge.

The studio consists of living/bedroom area with a kitchen corner, balcony with street/park view, relaxing winter garden, entrance hall with built-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom. Free highspeed WiFi internet (40 MB/s) connection and cable tv (local and foreign channels) is available.

This studio is fully furnished and equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, wash machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer etc. Double/two single beds. Baby sleeping in baby cot is welcomed!

Non-alcoholic drinks, Czech wine or beer in minibar available at an additional charge.

There's a notebook available to use in the apartment FREE OF CHARGE.

Additional services available upon request: baby cot, mobile phone with the czech network (deposit required), video-editting of your vacation memories - take your DVD back home with you or mailed later, currency exchange with no additional fee.

We offer special LAST MINUTE PRICE for booking of your stay 10 days or less before your arrival (if free capacity). However, the last minute price is valid only for the maximum stay of 7 days. The last minute price and pricing for long term stays are available upon request.

Buses, trams and subway - Andel station is just behind the corner, 7 mins walk. Charles Bridge is just 2,5 km from the apartment, so you can reach it in 25 mins walk by the river.

Interaction with guest

I will send detailled information to all my guests approx. one week before their arrival. I will meet my guests at the apartment, show them the apartment and tell some tips for their stay in Prague. I live nearby, so I am available anytime if necessary.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Monika (the owner) a message.

If Monika (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
