Old town - The ultimate area to stay for discovering Prague!

Our Prague flat is located in an early modernism building in old town, just one minutes walk from the river. The flat is facing a calm street and you will stay with famous Czech and international restaurants, historical sights and buildings as your nearest neighbors.

In the nearby surroundings you will find the National Theater and the famous Charles bridge (Karlovy most). Prague castle and the most beautiful green area of Prague (Petrin hill) is located withing walking distance. A metro and trolley stop is located nearby.

The apartment is newly renovated, modern and bright. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a combined dining/living room. The flat can accommodate up to 5 guests. There is one separate bedroom with a double-bed for 2 persons, the living room has a big and comfortable sofabed for 2 persons. We can also provide an extra bed for 1 person and an inflatable bed for children.

From the balcony you can have breakfast in the morning sun while enjoying the nice views, or why not drinks in the evening.

The apartment has has many luxury features like granite floors, floor heating in hallway & bathroom, whirlpool tub, LCD TV and loudspeakers in bathroom, built in LCD TV in living room etc.

The flat has Cable-TV with Czech and English selection of programs (for example HBO free movie channels, Euro sport, CNN etc). Also WiFi is provided to guests.

You will arrive by car? No problem! There are a several parking possibilities in old town, where you can park your car for a fee. Free parking is available on the streets across the river (10min walk from the flat). Feel free to ask us if you have questions regarding parking possibilities.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

We strive to be as flexible as possible with times for check-in and check-out . However, in case of other guests checking in or out same day, our default times apply (check out 11am / check in 3pm).

You can check in at your convenience, even if very late. Please note that an additional 15 EUR (or 400 CZK) fee apply for check in after 10pm (to be paid in cash to my hostess upon arrival).

As this is a residential building, guests are expected and obliged to show respect towards the other residents of the building, by not being too loud, not to play loud music after 10 pm. We kindly ask you to respect the neighbors also by not being loud in the staircase and other public areas. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment (only on the balcony).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Magnus (the owner) a message.

If Magnus (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
