My studio flat is located on the second floor(british convention-1st floor) of the UNESCO protected historical house which was built on the 17th century and originally was a nunnery. Its about 100 m from the river and Charles bridge.All major monuments are located within a minutes from the apartment,there is no need to use a public transportation at all.The nearest metro stations are about 300 meters away from the house.Plenty of cozy restaurants and bars are around but Naprstkova Street is very quiet at night as Karlova street(The castle-Old town square) is main tourist path.For shopping,there is a grocer shop just below or larger Tesco mall is about 300 meters away.The inside area was recently reconstructed and apart from historic walls and doors is everything new where history is mixed with modern and luxury. The flat is divided onto two parts, there is master bedroom made on the wooden floor,there is a very nice view to Beltem Square from there and main living area where is another pullout sofa single sliding bed. There is a nice bar in the middle of room for comfortable dining and the kitchen equipped with new appliances ready to use. For your comfort there is a bath as well as the shower corner with tropical douche system.

Why can't I call Miroslav (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miroslav (the owner) a message.

If Miroslav (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
