"Great getaway place, highly recommendable!"
We stayed in this place in early January and were really impressed. We travel a lot, are a very picky couple from Madrid, and it is very difficult to impress us – but the hosts of this place did! All the tiny details are arranged very thoughtfully and respectfully, from the appliances to the bedsheets. Everything was very clean, and the very atmosphere of the house was friendly and hospitable. Needless to say that the location of the place is spectacular: the tranquil air of antiquity surrounds Prades and its neighborhoods, and it is so lovely to sit on the balcony sipping coffee or smoking a cigar, to feel engulfed by the history of that place, to detach yourself from the everyday vanity, and to think about the eternal… Brilliant place for those who seeks for a getaway place with lots to see nearby, highly recommendable! Muchas gracias a los amos de esta magnifica casa!

"Excellent time in the best place!"
We were 6 - 3 adults with 3 kids (from 6 to11) and we were all happy: kids were playing ping pong - and that was really great, we were enjoying alfresco eating and drinking and long walks. It was warm and sunny most of the time. And we have found quite decent eating places nearby. We would recommend Tautavel museum to families with kids. Will do our best to come again in summer.

We stayed 1 week in September. The house was situated on a hillside with a nice view. The house was on the outskirts of Prades, so it was a bit to the center. We just used the upper part of the house. The kitchen was nice, but the pans was a disaster and as usual the knifes wasn't what we wanted to have. There was no dining table in the kitchen so you had to eat in the living room. That's not any problem if the table is adapted for dinners. The table was far too high to be a dining table. There should be a table on the balcony but it was thrown in the garden. The garden was very messy and it appeared that the owner simply ignored it.

"A great house"
Our group consisted of 2 families - 4 parents and 5 kids from 15 - 6. Although we are very experienced travelers, this was the 1st time we'd rented a house and we were very impressed. Booking with our agent was an easy, agreeable process. The house is very centrally located in Prades, minutes from the centre of a well-equipped town with excellent summer attractions of its own and central to many other regional attractions. Very clean with all the mod-cons. With 2 families splitting the bill, it was superb value. We've promoted it through our social networks - highly recommended.
