Description

It's the whole floor consisting of bedroom, private bathroom, large lounge and balcony with partial views of the garden city.

This floor will provide you with more comfort and better privacy. Great for families with children, or groups, it is possible to put several mattresses.

Is allowed access to the kitchen.

Price is just for the room, the remaining members of the group will be considered case by case.

My house is located in the town center of Village, right next to the hospital, the school, the church, the bank, the grocery store, the fire service of snack bars and restaurants. There is also a bus stop very close, as well as a tourist information center. The two beaches of Village Village are just at a distance of 500 meters. The lines of communication on the island have recently been improved so it is very easy to navigate around the island based on the Village Council.

It is recommended to rent a car in order to discover the island of St. Martin.

I also have two bicycles for rent.

I had a lovely stay at Povoacao. The room provided had plenty of space to unpack and get comfortable. I slept very well in the bed. As the bathroom is right besides the room, there is no awkward walking through an unknown house, it was clean and provided all needed. As both rooms are in the first floor and the rest of the rooms are on the ground floor, there is a lot of privacy provided. The host Miguel and his family are very kind and extremely supportive and helpful. They are a playful family and make you feel at ease quickly. Just 5 min walk away the main bus stop can take you all over the island, the time table for these are kindly provided by the host, but also displayed at the bus stop. I can highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Owner's reply: Carolina is a great person, well-educated, friendly, organized, intelligent and with a wonderful smile. It was a privilege to have had the opportunity to meet Carolina. I strongly recommend her as a guest.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Miguel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
