A single storey extremely spacious annex to the owners property inbetween Poulton le Fylde and Kirkham in the heart of Lancashire, a 10 minute drive from Blackpool and the Fylde Coast and less than an hour away from the Lake District, an ideal base to explore from. With its own large secure private garden and off street parking its home from home.

The property 10 minutes drive from Poulton le Fylde and is all on the ground floor allowing easy access. One spacious double bedroom with 32" tv. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan kitchen and dining area. Spacious sitting room with tv, woodburner and leather sofa bed. Patio doors lead on to the private secure garden ideal for alfresco dinning. Complimentary tea, coffee and breakfast starter pack included.

Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer,  TV with free view in both the bedroom and living room.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner included. Bed linen and towels also included.Bike storage available. Off road parking. Private gated lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Pets and children welcome but sorry we insist on no smoking out of respect of non smoking guests. Shops 1/2 mile away  and family friendly Italian restaurant with coffee lounge and bar 2 minutes walk away.

“Lovely Cottage”

We really enjoyed our long weekend at Eastlee. The cottage was ideal even had a tv in the bedroom. The garden was fully enclosed which was ideal for our 2 dogs. Carol the owner was very welcoming and was there if we should need anything. Will go back again but for a longer stay next time. Thanks Carol Mick & sharon Beano & Layla

“Exceptional accommodation and perfect location”

This is the first time we have stayed here and we were given a warm welcome from Carol. To top it off, Carol supplied a wonderful welcome pack. The property was modern, immaculate and we had everything we needed. It's an ideal location for Blackpool and St Anne's. Shops in close vicinity and restaurant on the corner. Dogs were also given a warm welcome and enclosed garden is fabulous. Will definitely look to book here again. Highly recommend.

“Excellent pet-friendly I would highly recomend”

Really nice very clean & tidy place to stay very nice welcome pack provided we loved the log burner just what you need on a cold winters day. Excellent location lots to do close by some really nice country parks within a 20 minute drive we recommend Jarrow country park at Chorley. The walk along the River was stunning our Dog loved it. The Wyre Estuary country park is also an excellent and interesting place for walking your Dog.

“Excellent Accommodation”

This is perfect holiday accommodation especially if you have dogs. we had 3 with us it was the most relaxing place we have stayed in. The furniture and fittings were top quality it was like home from home. Anne was the perfect host she made us feel very welcome and our doggies too. The garden was safe and secure and floor tiles meant we could stay tidy without the stress of cleaning all the time. We would love to return in the summer and make full use of the garden and the peace quiet and privacy. Many thanks to Anne and family.

“Perfect, pet friendly country cottage, great.”

Carols cottage is great, good location for Blackpool, Cleveleys, Fleetwood etc, Lovely and clean, pet friendly, secure garden. Lovely welcome breakfast pack. Really enjoyed our two night stay and are planning to stay again later in the year. Carol is really nice, very helpful. Would definitely recommend Eastlee.

“Excellent short stay”

We were a group of 4 girls staying for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding at nearby Great Hall. Carole greeted us on arrival and ensured we had everything we needed. A welcome pack of essential food items had been left for us which was a lovely touch. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for 4 people with plenty of mirrors for 4 girls getting ready!! Carole went over and above as a host on a number of occasions during our stay and we couldn't have asked for anything better for our short break and would definitely recommend East Lee to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

“Absolutely perfect cottage when travelling with our dogs.”

This is the fourth day of our holiday and so it has been brilliant. Would recommend the cottage to anyone. It's clean, comfy and perfect for our two dogs with its enclosed garden. Wonderful welcome pack too even down to doggie treats. Would certainly book it again and recommend it to friends
